which indicator gives the magnified price in the indicator window instead of on chart. i tried searching for it can't find it anywhere.. thanks..

You can configurate it to whichever window you want

Don't really need to I think. Any user can make the trix histogram work with whichever Trix they like just by copying the trix exe file they like over their existing THV3 Trix for MTFHisto.exe file. The trix histogram is constructed to use whichever file has this name, so users can choose for themselves which trix it works with.

I'd like to know how much pips on average do you guys make using this method? and what time frames you use to achieve those specific results?

Hello everybody! I'm a new trader from Poland, I started learning forex nearly two months ago, read some books and whole babypips.com (great website, better than a lot of books). Then I found FF and this thread, thank you for such a good system, I'm studying THV system for two weeks and I started demo trading with good results, I trade only with the trend and I wait for divergence for confirmation. I take 1-2 trades daily, because I can't stand sitting in front of the monitor more than 3-4 hours, because I'm becoming less concentrated and bored which is dangerous. I trade in M5 and set the SL for -10 pips, because I think that often when price goes in opposite direction more than 10 pips it means that I took wrong trade. I change SL quickly 3-4 pips behind price and I usually earn 8 pips. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to teach somebody, I'm a beginner! I just want to show you how I'm using this system and I'm open for any advises

PS. Sorry for any mistakes, as I said I'm Polish.

If you look on page four of the attachments (after you hid the pics) you will find Ichimoku.mq4. This is not exactly the same as the one that comes with MT4 but it's close enough.

For help in configuring the Ichimoku that comes with the MT4 system to look like the blue cloud you see on everyone's screenshots, you need to download the template, which is what configures it. Ones you have the template you can click on the Ickimoku indie in that chart, and the next time you drag it onto another chart it will have those settings.

I'm using the new v6 trix to get my one minute readings. I'm still using the old ones for the MTF indies. Since I only trade with the trend, and the trend on the Euro tends to persist once it gets going I didn't bother switching the MTF indies to the new trix. But I do like being able to buy a dip or sell a rally a bar or so earlier, as the V6 trix sometimes lets you do.

THV V3 was released in the first days of Feb. 2009.

Yep, there is much more than just THV chart talks, reading the complete thread will help a lot because almost everything needed to trade well is discussed in this thread.

It's a long read but the reward is green pips.

Hey Guys,

Just got done reading the first 51 posts. Only 800 more to go....LOL I only trade the E/J. Though i loaded all the indicators as i was reading the thread i found out that cobra said to change the setting for the HULL to 40. I was wondering Cobra is there any other secerts to trading the E/J ? Great Thread Guys

Hey Guys,

I forgot to ask. I love that indicator that cobra has. It shows if it's a Strong Buy or Sell but he couldn't post it because he bought it awhile ago but he did say that he has another indicator made by THV that is very similar to that. Would somebody please post that. Thank You. Back to more reading. I'm on page 54 now.......LOL
