Really! Unless somethings stirring, they don't get much business from me this time of the week.

But overall I haven't had any real problems that they haven't made good on. For bucket shops they are up high on the list, imo.

Back on forex, I think I know why my trading is all over the place. I have not paid anywhere near enough attention to the basics. I am trying to run before I can walk. I have been trying to remedy this by studying up on chart patterns and going through the Technical Analysis of Stock Trends pdf.

Sorry a bit late reply.
I'm a newbie too but I'ld like to contribute & share my idea. Sorry if I'm wrong, anyone please correct me. I learned from another thread 6 months ago. 'Stick to one method & master it, once you mastered it then add one more wapon, keep on doing that' . After That my trading was improved.

rite now I'm only do 1-2-3 and LL HL & HH LH that's it. my only problem is picking the right direction. but also I think you have to know triangle, Double top&buttom,head & shoulder & coiling that's all. just like candle patterns you dont have to remember all but just remember the important patterns.(learned from experience trader by lurking here & there).

Bcoz for newbie like me, when you are in front of pc you just want some action but for pro they know when to do the action or when they just walk out to relax & come back again when market is giving them$$$$.

Please forgive me if I was wrong but I'ld like to share my experience as a newbie.

Hope everyone you gain heap of pips $$$$$$$. and for newbies gian more & more confident(me too)

If everyone is watching the 3 kingdoms, then you know, if your following in real time, the pair and price. You bought or sold (one lot) at the quoted price. Happy trading day everyone. Very congested market on most pairs today, but have managed one trade on the $/CAD with some OK pips. Hope you are all trading well. I suppose good range trading today but have not been able to get my mind around that today. Time for a cup of coffee and a fresh air break. Back later.

I just had a nice run down on cable and am up about 5% for the day. Finally a bit of breathing space.

EDIT: In fairness to Alpari UK, I should add that I have had no funny problems today and the spread on cable has been around 2.5 pips while I have been trading (I didn't trade until shortly before things got going in Europe today though).

OK, missed the GBP move south but am in the E/J and in good positive territory. Going to protect the entry and go for a long run, and will see where this trade is when I get back. Good trading to you all.

PS: Nice job, ukmanthailan on the GBP, 5% is a good start to the week
