us/jpy weekly is at the bottom of the cloud but it gets messy in the lower time frames.

gbp/us is trying to turn up. Bearish down to 5 which is bullish but time of day makes me think it will end up choppy.

eur/usd is not much better.

the dragon has too big a spread for me to day trade and I may not ever take a 5m on it anyway. lol
i can see that the USD JPY is trading under Kijun line today and this will add a pressure to the down trend
i also see a cross on the usd jpy weekly chart , as i mentioned before a lot of people are waiting for toping sign on the JPY crosses , it might be happening now but better to stay aside let the market decide

I think I will wait for late asian session and trade through early euro to UK. I will be watching eur/us, eur/jpy, gbp/us, us/jpy.

I may watch aud/us later too.

i think the Japanese will do this move , it seems NY will be choppy today .
i have no deals i hunted 27 pips early today and am out , the chart is not encouraging for any deal for me . also it was a good idea to stay aside from the last EJ short.

i hope that the forecasting is easier now and we started to feel the market and decide when to enter

+114 green pip on GJ M 5 BASED ON cross over the cloud and other conditions met as well as at the time of entry the one hour candle was sitting on top of tenken sen

The entry was after us close and left the contract to run overnight with 150 pip SL

Do you reccomend using sell/buy stops to enter or do you use instant execution?

When that cross happened on M5, the price was under the cloud on M15 and M30 which means you actually traded against the trade and also against the rules. Remember what Moody wrote in his first post:

" I think we lose because of 2 major reasons

1-watching only our 5 min chart and ignore the higher TFs and this will isolate us from the real market and the main trend so we will deal against the market for at least 40% of our deals and we will lose them"

You may not be lucky next time.
the kijun sen is straight as a board on the 4 pairs I am watching. Is it acting like a magnet to price?

i go with a market order, so once i see the cross i press the buy or sell
and then set SL and TP and keep watching the deal to move my stop

Gotcha. Looks like gbp is breaking below, eur may be pulled with it eventually due to correlation.

yes you are completely correct , but all the day yesterday the market was fighting a BIG BIG BIG Support and couldn't break through it during NY so the rejection was expected to be very good.
but if i was there i was not going to enter this deal , or i was going to have like 30 pips and get out
when the signal happens this means that we are going to the next level of R/S even if it was on the 5 Mins, but once the price reached the 1Hrs or the 4Hrs Resistance level it will stop .

i pref to follow my rules in my deals so i minimize my loses

very very very very good point , you Know that there is a theory called rubber band , this theory is mostly used by the swing traders , it is like a center point attract the price to it so the work upon the swing around this point , our lovely Kijun Do the same exactly , so as long as Kijun is flat a pull back towards it is expected

remember when i told you once we are with Ichi we will not use any other silly indicator , enjoy iCHIIIIIIIIIII
I will give my 2 cent analysis that on short term we have a little consolidation as long as the kijun sen is flat and we are in or very near the cloud cover. If you look at gbp on 5 min the cloud says bearish (leading) although it is below a bullish cloud. The kijun is flat and price keeps going up and down.

I am trying to watch other pairs and keep my thoughts on the higher time frame sentiment.
another wonderful point with Ichi ,
People who use the MACD always say a famous word , we have a top in place or we have a Low in place , they know that they have one of them when they see a crossing in the MACD above or below signal line

but we Ichi traders don't need MACD to tell us there is a top or a low
simply once the price close below Tenken we know directly that we have a TOP in PLACE and vise versa

EUR/JPY Mid-Day Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 136.62; (P) 137.64; (R1) 138.36; More.

EUR/JPY's fall from 138.70 extends further today and reaches as low as 135.35 so far in early US session. Note that a short term top should be in place with bearish divergence conditions in 4 hours MACD and RSI as well as breaking of near term trend line support. Further decline should be seen to 132.77 support and below
