I'm not primarily EUR trader but classic H&S pattern is only complete once the neckline is broken which is not the case here yet.
Even then H&S is a weird pattern with nasty false breaks -- a recent case in point is S&P; check out the chart below:
Turned out to be a real nasty false breakout.
Be careful w/ this pattern, bro... unless you use real huge s/l and are comfortable with it...

It's been YEARS that I complain about my sleeping quality here in São Paulo. There was no way I could wake up after 6:30 am, maybe 7 am when really tired, including Sat and Sun.

And everytime I travel to small cities, I usually sleep so much better.

Recently I realized that in most days I'm woken up by outside noises, particularly by buses trying to move their fatasses uphill on a street like 200m from here...

Few days ago I was getting ready to sleep and stared at some cotton balls in the bathroom and I had my Eureka moment. Put one ball in each ear and went "test-sleeping"....

I'm sleeping like a freaking angel now... The cotton balls don't actually bring down the noise to zero, but the - say 30%? - reduction was all I was needing to sleep!

The sad side of the story: little "adaptations" like this makes you realize you're living in a increasingly fucked up city.

The sad side of the story 2: today my wife had to kick my ass awake coz I didn't hear the alarm goin off (this is a major hole in the plan, but I will deal with that another time)

Hey Chonchy you probably already know this but I'm going to say it anyway. Trading a break out safely: Wait for a pull back, set a market order beyond the break out, set the SL past the maximum of the pull back. If it's a false break out, chances are your market order won't even fill. If it's a good break out, your stop loss is relatively small. Over simplified but that's the general idea.

For example in this chart the second leg surpass the first leg and price keep going in the same direction that it was coming so in a valid set up where price is suposse to go?

I being train to deal with break outs diferentely, we have a system that when in sinc it give us a preatty good idea where price is going, i just wanted to have more tools, for confirmation, so I'm trying to see this H&S, but they look unreliable like Global saids, so I better forget about it and concentrate in our strategy, thanks to all.

I'll post a chart of the first example with my ideas on how it should be played. Any comments from others welcomed and appreciated. I'm not a big fan of the head and shoulders pattern for reasons cesar has already graphically posted. That flash was genious, cesar, btw. It has to be a perfect head and shoulders at the top of a strong rally, and symmetrical for me to even look at it. Lost too much money being daft. But here is a chart on the H4 of your first example with the break out of the dodgy head and shoulders with numbered bars for commentary.

Bar Number:

1. This is the break out bar below support and is a signal to look for a trade.
2. This inside bar is part of the pull back that we are looking for. I would be setting a market order somewhere below the break out bar and a stop loss a little above the inside bar. This would have resulted in a stopped out trade. In a perfect world you might have expected the price to move up and test the support line (now resistance) before it came down to take up your market order.
3. Stopped out. Some people would consider this is worth it because the potential target for a H & S is the height of the formation. A very big reward to risk ratio.
4. This bar tells you it's pretty much all over because it closes above support.
5 6 7 8 flim flam

9. Pin bar off support. Nice little trade.

I should add: "Don'tchya just love it when people post analysis after the price action. If you can do this type of analysis in the here and now then you're a trader.
