I'm considering a long on break of weekly IB on AUDCAD....any comments? I don't see any traffic to stop the break until maybe 0.9238.

1) You have pullet the fib lines from another location. In my chart is looks good.
So how do you know which one of those fib locations is better?

Neither of us is wrong. My fibs were pointing at the recent dominant down trend and you pointed out at the overall up trend. I used the location I used because it was better lined up with the current price action...

All Price Action formations are good indications for reversal, but that's only part of the story. Location and Supporting Confluences tell the rest of the story of a high probability reversal. Having all three, not 1 of 3 or 2 of 3, but all 3 together make it happen.

(a trade exactly where I wanted (near the red line) would have been sitting at +50 very much at BE now.)

I know that Fudd's been watching this one for a while now too. I see an inside bar on my 3 hr and 4 hr charts. I will wait to see if I can get bar confirmation break at under 6700 for a short on the 4hr chart. Then set entry under 6693. 6662 is the first bar high encounter. It does have some room to move down but stay awake and use tight stops.

Hey oltciter,

On daily it is close to the 50% plus the 365ema.

So on the higher time frame it looks good.

Anyway, it can easily get caught in that heavy traffic IMO.

rustyjeff, on these 5min trades, how/when do you enter? after pin closed? or when pin break, with pending order(if you do you must have quick brain and hands) or watching and entering with mouse click. i have a dilema with this. thanks.
