Organic food may slightly better for you over a long period than normally produced food. , the difference is marginal.
It's more important that you eat the right food and exercise rather than Organic vs Non Organic
is that worth the hiked up price?
1) Beef industry. Many places in the world will not import U.S. Beef. The cows are so pumped up with hormones (effects the milk and all milk products as well) that 3 year old girls are starting their periods (documented cases in the U.S.).
2) Personal anecdote. Non-Organic orange will barely even smell like an orange, you peel it and they are dry and if they have water it is bland with no flavor. The orange has little or no smell or flavor. I purchased organic oranges one day and never went back. First thing I noticed was they smelled like oranges, 2nd when I peel them juice quirts all over the place and it smells like citrus, the orange has so much flavor it makes you pucker.
But I'll be the first to tell someone, if you can't taste the difference don't pay the difference.
