DislikedNo, because that is FXCM policy, not NFA policy. NFA regulation simply says that offestting transactiona must liquidate open positions in FIFO order.
The problem here is not the NFA. The problem here is FXCM. And I will say it again, I am very happy trading with FXCM. But I do not believe that they needed to change anything other than to liquidate FIFO. Everything else should remain the same.Ignored
