A lot of people have been extremely kind and helped you many times. A lot of people have also pointed out that you are not trading according to the 4 hr macd rules. Now that all these kind people have helped you, could you stick to the 4 hr macd rules from now on ???

From memory, all the lessons and earlier MP3 have all been translated to written English. Unfortunately I don't know where they are. Saka would know where they are. If you are reading this Saka, please tell us.

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to update the trade I had posted a few pages back that I took on with the USD/JPY. I have closed my trade with a total average of 48 pips. There was a smaller hammer created on the Daily and I just did not see the nice momentum candle close thus i closed my last few lots.

Let me know if you guys have any questions. Refer to my post where it shows my entry on the chart.

I'm short in EUR/GBP.
Reason - bounce off 21 EMA and MACD moved through zero line.
Profit - 86.10 (20 pips)
Stoploss 86.50 (20 pips)

Got out of trade with + 12. Looked like price had found support on 89 SMA.

Hello all,

So we have had the Eur and GBP in a upward trend for the past few days. I looked at both pairs and felt comfortable to enter on the GBP/USD as I saw more of a probability on that pair for the move I was anticipating for a few reasons.

1)Price was in a upward triangle channel
2)Price had come down and found support by the 89sma and also happen to be by the 200sma so two major support levels.
3)Price had then bounced off of those levels and closed above the 21ema.
4)Price had then retested the 21ema and seemed to be moving away from it.
5)MACD had made a aggressive turn around signal as well

Entry @ 1.64800 (vertical dotted blue line on the 1H, The arrow below the candle on the 4H shows my entry within that candle)
SL @ 1.64200
1st TP @ 1.65200 (Just below the S1 pivot line)
2nd TP @ 1.65700 (just under that upper channel line)

Edit:
1st TP hit for 40 Pips
Stop Loss moved to 1.64400 for the last lot and will move it to breakeven before going to bed and let it ride.

You can see my entry was based off of the 1H with confirmation on the 4H. I entered on a TC signal on the MACD on the 1H time frame and as you can see the moving averages are starting to open up on the 1H time frame and going back to the 4H, you can see that the moving averages are lining up to open up as well.
So you can see how I planned this trade and the many events that convinced me that this is a high probability trade and one I did not hesitate to take on.

Before closing my station here, just wanted to share my chart on the USD/JPY.
4H time frame looks like maybe a head and shoulder in the making. There are two possible outcomes here. price has just crossed over the 89sma and our rules states that after crossing over 89sma, price tends to come back to the 89 before resuming on or it can cross below it again until it establishes a direction.

So we have two possible outcomes here:
1)price comes back and bounces off of the 89sma
2)price completes the shoulder on the head and shoulders.

We will wait and see and I will be watching it. If I had to anticipate, I think the current candle is going to give us a doji and we will see a short here and possibly a shoulder forming. Just my 2 cents.

He is holding thing together for past week's as market is not in good term's with 4h macd and poeple are not posting as much.

so andy you are here since march how are you doin with this system i mean did you developed some feel for it.

yesterday was a good trade
i closed gbpjpy +173.83 pips this morning and
gbpusd +133.10 pips
my last trade eurgbp is currently runing with +88pips
in summary, patience is the heart of the MACD strategy
it is better to miss than to loss pips

Morning all,

After many days of waiting for some clear cut chance to make some easy pips they finally came yesterday. At last wee seem to be getting some conviction and momentum back in to the markets. I took the TC (Long) on the GBP/USD last night, the reasons for which are outlined below:

1) 4H bullish engulfing formation which closed above previous resistance.
2) Price has found strong support off the box range which it had been in for a number of days.
3) 4H close placed a higher high and a higher lower indicating more upward momentum.
4) 1D has shown aggressive belt holding candle which closed about the previous long box range.

Entry @ 1.6438
TP: 1.6535 zone
Sl: 1.6315

Actually no..., I'm not getting comfortable whit the system, but I'm really new to forex. To give you an idea, my (demo) losses are around hundreds pips per month but lightly reducing while time passes... and, yes, of course... I'm reading pdf, earing youtube lessons, following threads and so on...

*What if a nice confirm candle ends an I can go long but take profit (8 and 21 ema) is almost there where I want to enter trade?
*or maybe confirm candle is a bit over both moving averages?

I understand that TP/SL ratio is very bad but I read some old posts where some of you took trade in this kind o a situation.

First i don't see a trade there. I am not familiar with this one if it is a trade please show me in pdf.

in this scenario a long trade would be if the next MACD bar closes above the 0 line so that would be a ZB. So of course price would also be above the 8-21 MA's. Then i would draw a Fibbo and as price would have crossed 8-21 MA's it would have also crossed the 23.8% and also 38.2% maybe. So my profit taking levels are 50% then 61.8% and the last one 365 EMA since you can't tell me about the pair i don't know if there are any trend lines.

Just an update on my trade last night. As you can see, Gbp/Usd did test the upper trend line as my chart indicated. as for my trade:
1st TP reached for 40 pips
2nd TP reached for 90 pips
