I have two machines that are running the 64 bit version of Vista Ultimate and there are no problems. The MT4 platform actually installs under the 64 bit folder. I have been running this for several months and had no problems. It seems to be more stable and takes better advantage of system resources. Do not have any hesitation to step up.

I have been running the latest MT4 platform for the past two years on both window vista 32 and 64 bit, it's working perfect and do not see the difference.

Let's see if it will give more than 10 Pips...5 min looks ify...

Considerations:

1.) 15 min Analysis - 3 time rejected at 23.6% Fib and TrendLine
2.) 1 min Break of T/L and Trix Cross
3.) ICCE Break of Top to 61.8

hi cash.
quick question:
do you only trade the EU 5m? or any other pairs/tf's?
also would you mind explaining how the icce chart is working/good for? thank you

It may seem like that to you at first glance, but from my own experience, those arrows are just a warning --could be just a 1 candle divergence, or perhaps 2 or 3--perhaps the trend reversal, a retracement, or just a stall in action. Your best bet is to just trade the system as it was meant to be traded with all the right signals for almost flawless trading.

Not quite sure if this was the answer you were looking for, but if you were to ask me if I would trade the color of the arrows [green for long and red short short] just from those arrow...

You may be right i should concentrate on the core THV setup.

Hey Cencored:

Right now I am concentrating on the E/U 5 min, 1 min with the 15 min analysis...

I have not really messed around with the other pairs....if I could get better spreads on the E/J I might trade it in the Asian sessions...

I am still trying to get my head around ICCE...the strategy is still in development on the thread...

It is a useful tool, in terms of defining TPs, if you can identify a clear range...
Check it out..

Here is a chart of a trade that I entered without cleary considering all of the information that the chart was spitting my way...

I entered long due to the following considerations:

1.) Divergence
2.) T/L Break
3.) I thought that there might be a good chance that PA would hit 1.42000

However, after entering the trade, I realised that there was more probability that PA was headed the other way due to one overwhelming fact, in my mind: PA usually does not spend that much time away from the Coral...there was a better chance that PA would come back to test the Coral...

There may be other reasons that short was better than long, I would be interested to hear any other opinions...

Moreover the 1 min was giving short signals one after the other...

Sometimes I develop a bad case of myopia when thinking about one direction over the other....

you wish you had just left your S/L at original and let the trade run...1.4225!!

That fudger is MAJORLY overbought in the 5 min...

The next level of major Resistance I can see on the 4Hr and the Daily chart is at or about 1.43000...are we going to the Moon?!

Short 5 Min...

Considerations:

1.) Bearish Divergence
2.) 5 min Trix coming out of Overbought...
3.) Expecting some sort of retest of previous swing low or retest of the Coral, both of which were acheived

I was in that trade for a whole lot longer than I am usually comfortable with...I was hoping for a retest of 1.42000 but by the time it hit the Coral, which was supposed to be my first TP, I was exhausted and bailed out...THANKFULLY...it just took off from there....

Coral is a great place to TP....PA can't stay away for too long... + 20 pips...

If you do it only 4 times a day with 2 standart lots makes 640 $ daily, not bad at all, isn't it?

Hello Cobra,

that's true and I detect the right set ups better now but patience is really the point I have to work on.

Can someone please let me know how to shut off the pop up alert (it also has an audio alert)? Navigating the ins and outs of MT4 is going to take me longer than many to figure out! Thank you in advance! I know how to get to the Navigator>Custom Indicators.... but then where?

Usually when there's an audio alert, there's a box that tells the time as well as the indicator name that's giving you the alarm- finding this indicator, you can then right click the screen, find the indicator in the list, double right click the indicator to bring uo the indicator options menu, then find the settings for "alarm" or alert--the value will be "true" or "false"
