spoting trading opportunitys:
I think tommorrow have to be a volatile trading day, because we see some daily candlestick pattern.
But gbp/cad:
The monthly: price is trading below monthly kumo and is caught between kijun sen and tenkan seen.
But we see in ht epast a double bottom, which is not easy to see, it is better
seen on a line chart.
The weekly: Price was 3 times rejected from the upper part of the cloud, so it needs more momentum, to break the upside of the cloud, and decides current week for a return.
Notice fibo level on weekly chart.
On daily chart we are trading in bull territory, above the cloud. The last 12 trading days we have seen a pull back to fibo level 38.2. But today we see a pattern, classic candlestick pattern is a harami, wetsern traders say it is an inside bar.
IF tomorrows daily candle closes above the last bearish candle we have a high reliable pattern 3 inside up. This happens above the cloud !
So this is a very good trading opportunity, if tommorrows candle
closes bullish.
Some migth argue, that we have a bearish cross here, but we we know this happens above the cloud and is with loe reliabilty. Also picture is wrong because the chinou span is not going through the price line, its crossing upward !
So, this is worth to put 100 $ in a subaccount to see alongterm trade in 2 or three weeks, price up above the weekly cloud

yes, wait for daily close is best. the aud is so super bullish, driving eur/aud down.
But see if we get pattern on eur/lfx three outside up plus a hanging man at aud/lfx. This isa chances for a turning point.
Maybe another test of 92.xx area is most probable

4 hr after ....a bullish cross followed by a close above clouds,and today a Test of clouds,and Rejected back UP...

Hi baz,
Gu is a miracle for me at the moment. We also might have a double top here, but price was rejected 2 times from the cloud on 4 h chart.
Question is, if the last for 4 h candle is a reverse acandle or bearish continuation candle.
If the usd/lfx would turn more bullish, then no problem for falling GU.
But, I can not say which way GU will go. If the next 4 candle is bearsih, then

the aud dollar is struggeling with the kijun sen on both charts.
But on both charts you see power of aud/lfx bears. You see the last daily bull candle on aud/lfx. The close was higher then the opening of the next bear candle.
This means bulls have been so enthusiastic to push price higher, but there has been an strong response by the power bears, that the opening of the candle was lower then the close of the candle the day before.
Vice versa for eur/aud.
This weekly bullish divergence will play sooner or later!

I`am not that sure anymore on bullish eur/aud. eur/lfx is bullish, but look what different candles on different brokers for eur/aud.
Also watch usd/jpy daily candle, it looks bullish.
The eur/aud weekly is a harami, so I think price might turn bearish during the week.
