USD/CHF looks to be setting up for a decent short around 108, previous support & 38% fib retracement of today's drop.

Euro Chart 1hr. May or may not enter here depending on when/if it gets there, fundamentals, news etc but this is what I'm watching. Criticism, preferred levels welcome.

My interpretation on the RC scale = SBRBSBRetc, R, S, 50+62, 000, TF (appears right up to weekly, see oct 08)..

So i give it a 5 not taking into account F and PA yet.

i was actually about to look for RedCabbage's at-first-seemed "cryptic" abbreviations. Now, finally, i know what they exactly mean (no need for me to make correct/incorrect guesses/conclusions, lol)

i have always been unorthodox, flexible with my TLs, etc (as with my way of thinking, etc).

btw, it's very fitting to see RedCabbage's post to be post#11000.

chfjpy's price may/may not hold on that area.
it would be prudent to check current trend during that time as price can easily slice thru that area.

The aud/usd looks good dingo.

Things are moving pretty fast today. Got my timing screwed up the geppy trade the things bloody plummeting now straight off that diagonal.

Eur/jpy is heading towards 13130 area waiting to see how price builds up around this.

If you ignore the big sell off and correction I have chopped off with my TL the true trend can be seen. IMO

TL's like Fibs are open to a bit of interpretation so it is good to discuss them here.

I think the area you suggest is good. I was going to post it myself, but still can't work out how to get the chart saved the right way.

Anyway the 1.4016 area is confluence of hourly and 4hr lines as well as 38% and 50% fib retraces from high of 1.4134 (whether it's 38 or 50 depends on which low you draw the 4hr fib from). 40 pip stop should hold.

Target is less easy - recently a lot of ranging so could get stuck around 1.4100-1.4130 or could break to upside for 1.4200.

Yeah, stops right around 108.24 is about what I had in mind. I didn't set a limit order, was planning (if and when) to enter manually...but yep, right in that range for stops is perfect and gave the trade room to breath.

Am I reading BRV's performance, as reported on post #1 correctly? Are all of his trades winners? He mentioned that trading S&R wins about 90% of the time. I suppose the negative numbers represent the maximum drawdown of pips, while the numbers to the far right reprsent the number of pips won on that trade...

Am I off base here...
