Where do i set my TP or when do i close a trade?

Just wondering what the indicator is in the image on the above post (ie. the one with the % figure, 70, 7 and double down arrows)?

I've seen it in a few member's charts. Can you also please explain how to use it - I can't find a refernce to it.

For me,
I am using M5 for my main trading, the swith to M1 just to confirm when to take the trade.
TP point is depend on condition and favour. Sometimes I wait TRIX changing color or using S/R lines as in the template. Sometimes, I trail it.
SL point usually when trade change direction of coral and ichimoku.

I have installed the MTF Trix indicator, and I have to say it is a huge help in finding the right trading possibilities.
Another plus is that you can backtest signals that you missed.
I think the M1 works really well with the M5 MTF trix and M15 MTF trix, as well as the M5 and M15 Cloud Histo.
This is how I have set it up now and am quite happy with it. Will post some trades next week with it.

THV comes from the name of "Turhovach", a FF member who introduced a charting technique that led to the development of the THV system by Cobraforex.

Trix is this.

Seriously tho ... as I am looking for a strong long term trend I usually add the values of the 1Hr and 4Hr ADX values and look first at the currency pair with the highest figure.

As an example Friday morning London time gave the USD/CHF at around 95,5 which is a very high figure. It was actually right at the end of a run north at R2, but was good to go south a couple of hours later.

Analyse chart attached shows end of the day Friday

As I said earlier, I have not really tested this filter combo, except for my rough and ready guide to trending pairs on longer TF's.

Hope it is of use to others - get creative guys.
