DislikedNo need to mention me, all credits belong to acumen.
To convert the PDF takes me 10 minutes and I do it because I consider Mike as my trading friend.
Beside that I own him more than I can give back as I learned the 00-20 and 00-80 strategy from him, I'm sure that method will be teached here in another lesson.Ignored
DislikedHey Fool (sorry to call you so but…), nobody calls you a troll.
You talked about being a fulltime trader is a sad life if I understood you well.
One thing is true, trading becomes boring with the time because you do the same thing over and over again but I think that may happen to any biz or job (I never had a job)Ignored
DislikedI hear ya... many of my investments are dollar loss averaged.
None of my discussion applies to long term.
In this arena - my long term is 2 sessions and never more than 48 hours.

if one person's business is truely so easy and so copy-able...

Dislikedthat's why I said I guess it's not so easy as seems. ^_^ I have not enough data to judge 1/?? rate of winner though
(ps: even if winner rate is 1/10000, there are 500,000 fitting people out there on earth so competition is still big)
if you like it+you prove to be doing well with systematic (risk controlled)+you prove to be able to copy the successs (scalable with capital)+...

DislikedWhy not trade for a living, think of all the good deeds you can do while trading for a living. I have been able to send a few poor kids to school for a few years. That was very gratifying. How do you know that your dad's salary was not paid by a trader? I my mind trading is the only proffesion where you alone determine your income.
Why do you only see it as only providing liquidity to the market, any case providing liquidity to the market is an important function otherwise none of us will make any money, for me it is a good return on my money....Ignored

DislikedGreat thread,
Just a quick question about pivot point trading. I understand that many of the traders in this thread use pivot point indicators in one way or another but which kind?
