after looking at Steve's earlier post about going long 1.5182, i closed my short for 2pip profit, and instead will be looking for long in that area. Seems i have my line drawn at wrong level.

There is not much history actually, but there is monthly repeat of one of those resistances in 1994.
Monthly highs and lows, weekly highs and lows as well as daily highs and lows all deserve attention in our analysis.
(Do keep in mind that before 1999 the Euro did not exist. History before that comes from the German Mark)

Morning,

looking at the usd/chf 10640 area. it's been such a strong level and I'm looking for some buying to come in if it gets down there again.

little conflicted with the eur/chf trade I was tempted to take profits once it met the 50 fb but decided to move my stop in and let it be.

Makes you wonder how we ever decide whether to go long or short.

Agreed Siam. I don't like how the spikes aren't as neat and pretty as they are on say the EUR/USD, but that entire 106. range looks good for a bounce.

What are your thoughts on a 108. sell, if we get up there? Previous support and 50% fib of the recent drop from 109 to 107.

Yep I like the 108 level Sam it looks nice either way there are couple of options with this pair.

The key for me is the 1400 level on eur/usd if it holds out then take your pick.
