I am very confused about all this repaint issue and how to use TG indicator , BUT cjd's trade was not under a "clear trend" , in my opinion it was a reversal countertrend trade

Marlow Yip I read all your posts on this thread and they are all NEGATIVE. I will post a chart on here anytime I want and suggest you give up forex trading and stick with your day job because you are way too frustrated.

What is really funny is that people are afraid to post a choppy chart because they know it sucks. Really its always interesting to try new systems, but I have only one system that works consistantly day after day. Which I have been testing and trading. Im always trying to find a new system and yes my posts are negative because truley NONE of these indicators and systems work. If they really did someone would prove it. I have yet to see a statement from a live account other nickle and dimes that show any profit! Sorry but im intitled to my opinion. Let me guess on your nice little chart you made about 20 bucks? Right? Because you and I both know that your too scared to put up 10 regular lots on a system that is a prayer. Go ahead put the money up. Maybe you can guess when the next trend is. Maybe I can guess the next lotto numbers. Same thing.

I agree, these RED & GREEN indicators are not worth wasting your time with. They show the trend but only after the fact and as someone said, they are less than useless in a ranging market.

The best system simply informs us that the market is trending or ranging, or about to end ranging and begin trending, we either jump on the trend and go with the flow or trade the retracements in a ranging market.

That is all there is to learn.
Starting to see instead of just looking.

Hi Marlow...

Don't mean to offend you but you have made this type of statement 2 or 3 times now...you've made your opinion clear that you don't think this methodology works. In that case why do you hang around this thread? My advice is go find a thread/system that works for you or better yet..start a thread and share your live account info and the methodology you used to create it.

No one owes you any proof of anything...it's up to each individual to determine the merits of the system they choose to trade with especially when it's given free of charge, like it is here on the forum.

Guess Im just in shock how a few traders are in denial. Your right nobody owes me any type of proof. But, if I was raking in the pips like some of these people say they are doing and I was trading real serious money not .01 or .1 lots I would have no problem with showing someone my statement. In fact I would love to show someone a statement that shows Im REALLY making money. No need for account numbers etc... Im Just stating what I believe is a fact and that not one of you traders has a legit account that they are trading one of these systems and making any real money. Its funny If I walked into an investment fund company and asked them how they are doing and they said great we are making tons of money. Do you think Im going to believe that unless I see some actual numbers? Come on who are you kidding? If there was a true winning statement someone would be happy to post it. So far not one. I know Im right Im not in denial anymore.
