intresting day...the daily was a in BULL TODAY,and the bounces as mentioned,but also on the 4 hr the PRICE CLOSED outside of the CLOUD,although there was no Bullish cross

Hi baz,
this bull day was a bit of a surprise to me, because I thought more on a drop
down to the daily cloud.
But I have learned, that if price breaks tenkan sen not on the second day, not to enter another trade. Of cause I have paid with money for this learning.
But you can nice see, how tenkan sen is protected by the bulls.
Also we see nice weekly cloud, price has a nice walk around the lower part of the cloud: decision has to be made, break the cloud-resistance, or fall back to kijun sen or maybe daily cloud...

One of my winning trades has been my entry on the 4 h gbp/lfx. As it closed below the 4 h kijun sen and retested 4 h kijun sen I went short with target 1 lower part of 4 h cloud, and second target daily tenkan sen.
I said is was a good trade, but a much better trade it would have been, If I placed a buy limit order at the tenkan sen.
I will try this next time.
The weekly cloud for gbplfx is neer, maybe we see a nice weekly shooting star, just to touch the cloud a bit.

Maybe time to put some very longterm scenario charts on for eur/jpy and geppy:
remember, kijun sen (blue line) is the midpoint, the equilibrium, it is magnetic and price alwayd want to turn back to it, before decide next, where to go
So I`am not sure, if the next leg down, is beginning of big major drawdown.

baz, from your observation in the last days, isnīt it very interisting, how price respect tenkan sen, kijun sen and cloud on multiple timeframes ?

After my last usd/jpy long bullish cross and the aud/nzd long bullish cross, which has failed too, I present next a bearish cross, maybe this will play out.
It is gold:
But, I must say, this bearish cross has started to play out.
I exited, because I have big respect for the cloud, but at the other hand: watch the daily candle.
It does not look like a child touching the stove (in this case we would see a hammer). This gives me trust, that we see price going down below the cloud.
I have a sell limit order at 930, where the 4 h kijun sen is, this would be very nice

for Gu we see candle sitting at the tenkan sen, but this time is different, we see no big lower wick, we have seen last days candle.
Also we have seen a bullish breakout usd/lfx plus we see a daily
shouting star for gbp/lfx, which i canīt beliefe, because it has not
touched 3.0.
I remain short biased for kijun sen at 1,5880 at the moment

I must admit, I have not expected this cad/lfx so much bearish:
cadlfx is sitting on the lower part of the cloud, which is support, of cause.
So price might break this cloud to downside, or retrace. In this case resistance is upper part of the cloud.
I watch this closes for a kumo breakout trade:
Price breaks down the cloud, and re - test the cloud for resistance. I enter if there is the re-test.

BUT usd/cad has a clear breakot through the kijun sen.
question now is, will it march straight direction of the cloud, or will it first retrace for 4 h 1.14 kijun sen ?
I vote for second, to give me second chance for second entry for second profit
