1. How many open on each pair will open by EA? I have seen EA open 3 trades of one pair on exact Time/Price/Lot but each close differently like more than 1.5 hours apart. (see attach pic).
2. How come the EA open a trade without all 6 MTF with same colors? (If I set PrevCandleSameDirection = True, will that soft the problem?)

I just have a wish and like to suggest XUX... Can we have an option for daily MAX profit and MAX loose. Mean if EA reached daily goal for example 30pip - no trades untill next day, and if EA had 3 loosers in a row or example -50pip - same no trades untill next day. Thanks.
As embarrassing as it is to admit it, this EA has been outperforming me on the 1m chart the last few trading days. Good work so far, keep it up. When a live version comes around I'm going to open up a "screw you" account and let it do it's thing...

well that applies to me too..i couldn't face myself in the mirror when EA didnt show any negetive trades last week and I got 4 hits at SL.
I was able to resolve the no-trades issue and not the EA trades at Alpari as well as IBFX, ODL and FXDD. Here is my solution:
1. First make sure the platform is not running.
2. Erase mqlcache.dat from the experts directory
3. Run platform
4. Open the charts for the symbols you want TVH to trade
5. Load the posted _06 template on each chart.
6. Make sure you have the same Magic Number for all your TVH traded symbols (like 60000)
7. Only have TVH trade under the platform since other well known EAs especially MegaDroid are known to interfere with...
I've been setting my stop losses manually with StopLosspips but also using PartialClose1 at 50%. If the stop loss is hit will the whole order be closed or just the first 50%.
When might we able to go live with this EA? I would love to throw it on a Micro account. I'm willing to venture $500 to see how it trades live. Anyone else? It seems to be working pretty well on the M5, M15 & H1 on EUR/USD. Just want to see if my broker would screw it up.

I screwed up and had Lot size at 1.0 for a while, so don't pay attention to the $, just the Pips. I should have been set on .10, not 1.0. but it was profitable also.
Also, I didn't have FXCM set up the whole week like MBT was. It only came to me later to test the same set files on two different brokers.
I "borrowed" these from WackyRacer, LSweeney, and Adrazz, then made my "Special" changes.
I am trading on MBT and FXCM both EUR/USD. I have on each broker an M5, M15, M30, H1, and H4 chart using the attached presets.
M5, M15 and H1 seem to trade the most often, and seem to be profitable as currently setup.

i have a very similar setup for the H1 and H4 on USDJPY. An entry based solely on the cross of the cloud looks very promising. with the next version and the added feature of skipping the mid-S/R levels when taking profits, the trades will run longer and will be hopefully even more profitable.
can anybody recommend values for ATR based SL, TP and BE settings for the different pairs?
i had a 5xATR(14) SL on the GBPUSD... no good! i mean it was really bad. i really don't know how i came up with this but a 200 pip SL is nuts to begin with. of course it all depends on the general MM.
3xATR(14) for USDJPY and USDCHF seems to be ok. for now i have settings around 2-3 times ATR(14) for the stop and 3-4 times ATR(14) for TP. i move to BE at 1-2 times ATR(14). however, profit taking is usually done by reaching S/R or psych levels. hardly ever a trade reaches the TP target.

how do you intend to handle larger swings over a period of several days?
on a H4 chart a trade could easily last a whole week.
Wondering why this trade didn't sl or close out? any ideas? Screen Shot & Set File attached.
Could it be due to the "trading hours"? If a trade is profitable or breakeven at the END of approved trading hours, and then goes against you after hours, will the EA close it out, or not trade because it is outside of trading hours? That can be dangerous.
Not sure how the "Trading Hours" works on trades you're already in.
Should we go flat at the end of trading hours? Can the EA be made to do that? Or make it optional? (an input).
Well, I answered one of my own questions. The trade in question DID close out just a few minutes ago, outside of "trading hours", so the EA will close a position even outside of set "trading hours". I guess that's a good thing, although it might just be better to have a "If in Profit, go flat, if not, use normal stop procedures" code in the EA. Just a thought.
Still don't know why it lost 30 pips. iMax crossed back & forth many times, and that was my only exit condition.

Nice results, but I am trying to understand something.I would think that at one point using all the same currency pairs but different tf's would be a problem if you are not using a broker that is part of the NFA due to hedge rule.I would think at some point one of those time frames would cause an sell entry and the other a buy entry,therefore, not be allowed to be opened? But looking at your statement, unless you are using a broker that is not NFA my thinking was wrong?
Thanks. Well, FXCM at least in their demo account doesn't seem to care, nor does MTB. I just bought & sold EUR/USD in my live account with FXDD, and it didn't stop me either.
