HMMMM!!

If I were trading this method, I ONLY trade signal to signal. Have never had much success entering into existing moves. Inevitably, as soon as I try to do such, PA moves directly against me.

Just my own personal choice of entry.

Hi gilly. I would say it's stalled partly because it's sitting right under the pivot and also very close to weekly S1.

Don't know if you noticed but it's a typical pennant pattern. As it's quite a few bars since the initial trigger, I would wait for it to break out of the pennant triangle. Hopefully it breaks long, as the HG indy shows, in which case it's almost a no-brainer trade. (And it does break long so maybe weekly or daily pivot will now become support...)

Here is GU chart, I entered long on second HG blue bar, it went up a few pips then pulled back 30 pips, I stopped out at -20. Then it resumed .. this seems to happen most of the time.

Below is the chart setup i am using, i know that the HG0001 indi gives the same signal as qqe, but just for visual confirmation, i use it, otherwise its no use.

Long trades when HG001 indi turns blue, qqe crosses 50 upwards,

short trades when HG001 indi turn red , qqe crosses 50 downwards

TP and SL are at pivots points or dependent on trader to trader as each person has his or her own goals, i take short trades and ride a trend if it goes my way , if not bail out

use low leverage and low risk, it will work. Be Patience for the trade, let it come to u, dont go after it

attached is qqe for someone who mentioned in PM, use default setting of 5 for scalping on 1 and 5 min and 20-25 on 1hr and 4 hr

price usually comes back to retest the pivot , so wait for the test and if it holds enter in the direction. Since S1 and Weekly pivot were very close, it acted as strong support and price bounced back to its bigger term uptrend

This works on the 1min? I didn't think QQE would work on that fast a timeframe. Which pairs do you trade this way.

So it is not just a red light -- green light thing .. you have to watch direction, pivots, re-tests of TL etc ... I had a feeling there was more to it. Just a matter of getting used to it and getting the settings right.

I still don't know what the 10/20 setting is that Edge referred to.

Trust me, it works on all pairs, but i use it mainly on EU, GU, AU, UY, GY

wish it was so simple, but it is not, we are only fooling ourselves if we follow any indicator blindly, need to have ur fundamentals strong, indicators are only a trigger , rest is all there in the Price action and Pivots are the places where PA dances before confirming where it is going, rarely does it do the opposite

attached is a chart where qqe did not cross 50 and bounced upwards, which was confirmed by price action and HG001 indi, see how it tested Daily pivot and went straight to weekly pivot , almost to the pip

well, i guess there were about 100 different indicators posted in this thread.

but noone posted the trendmagic with alert-function.

a lot of people asked for adding an alert to the trendmagic when the colour changes.

please, if someone can do this, please post it here.

which settings are u using for the qqe ? default ?
