Hello everyone. I've been entertaining family all day, so this is the first chance I've had to look at the comp, and the charts.

I'm not liking this week much! Nothing setting up for me. This is more of a scalping environment for me, watching PA and S/R breaks. GBPJPY made a nice bounce off of 158.50, and broke 159.17, but the break took 2 hours to develop. I'm sure I wouldn't have traded these moves. I like high probablilty trades, and these just didn't have all the right signals for me.

One thing catching my eye is the USDCAD. It has made 3 attemps to break below 1.0990. Watch for a break and look for 1.10 to become resistance, and hold, before a move down. Also the tops of the last several candles are coming down, and it could even form a wedge before NY.

This might be my last post for the day. I have to wake in 5 hours to see family off. Trade safe!

Just a reminder that CAD Trade Balance comes out at 13:30 London time. If you are in GBP trades, UK Trade balance is out in 20 minutes.

I'm moving my stop to B/E, and my TP at 50 pips. I'd be happy with that. I can't keep my eyes open another minute. Long day

CAD did make a break of the 1.0990 and made about a 50 pip run down. Because I was leaving the trade unattended and going to sleep, I moved my stop to B/E with a 25 pip cushion. It retraced just enough to take me out, and then made a move down to 1.0940. There was some room in there to take at least 40 pips, but I had my TP set for 50, which was just above the support I was looking at.

Well, we will try again tomorrow.

Range is squeezing on the Cable to the 1.64 area. Take a look at the 1H. A consolidation break, after the next hour or two, could make a 20-40 pip move. I'll be away from the comp. Just thought I'd put it out for you to watch.

Hey there Links,

Nice trade on the JPY! It stacked up there on the pivot for a few hours before the break. I like seeing PA stack up on a pivot or S/R level. I like seeing a squeeze on it too, but not one here. Usually a break of a pivot is enough to grab a few. I hope you grabbed a few pips out of that one! Nice call!

If the downward push weakens, also for watch a break above the 160.85, then 161. It has been in a tight range of .40 to .85. As posted in the video, I just like to see when a few hours of candles are stacked up and trying to hammer through support.

It made a push, didn't hold but the 1H candles are staying in a down trendline, squeezing it against the support area (.40-.50) I moved the support to .41, so watch for a break and hold. The Yen has lost a little ground to the dollar the past couple of hours, so it is causing a stalemate of sorts.

Keep your eyes open, PA is picking up.

Has broken and is holding. I got in at .41. PA is erratic, so I'm watching closely. 3 key support areas to get through for a decent move down. The .12 pivot, psyche level of 160, then 159.78.

I'm also watchin PA on the USDJPY and the GBPUSD, as my indicator. USDJPY is moving down, and helping out the push down.
