be patient if you are short

market seems bullish and went up more, these movements create some panic but to me they are just better short opportunities at these levels
i have a good dicipline and my average short position @ 0.8033

I mean, take a look to your charts from 1h - Monthly, is obvious that we're in uptrend, who knows the maximum, but, I don't dare to short this baby, JMHO.

hi John,

I have a similar idea that can be applied to all the USD crosses.

Specifically on this pair, the recovery from 0.6008 started early this year is a correction to down trend from 0.9849 only and is now in the target zone of 0.7802/0.8519.(we have touched 0,826 already and I don't see potency to make new highs).
Short term suppor area are at 0,7916 and 0,7826, whose break would confirm the reversal.
A break below 0.7449 support will starts to argue that such consolidation has completed and will turn focus to 0.6988 for confirmation.

On the short term we could see some more upside that should though be limited by 0,812.
Even if we approach to 0,85, I still believe we are in reversal zone and we will point the 0,7 area again.
Therefore I think that area 0,80 - 0,85 is good to accumulate short positions (same worth for 1,40 - 1,43 on Euro and 1,63 - 1,66 for the pound)

Ok, I got it, but I can't see any reversals sign yet, maybe later, but now all $ pairs are pretty bullish.

hi fammira ! limit short(add) hitted at 0.8109 now average at 0.8082 and in the black 45 pips so i just move stop loss below average position (locked in profit ) and pray to the lady market for more pips

still there could be a last upward move but then USD will start to go up

Normally don't trade aus, but took long @ 0.7976, looks good for the moment, trailing now. Will look more at this pair as it seems technically "obediant.

i think this pair in consolidation mode and has a downward price tendency ,im bearish there for im short it and profit target @ 0.7550 not 0.7000 if ever we get there.

yeah, I also like this pair cause it's obediant, tradable and flamable
now I am on the wrong side of the market but patience shall be rewarded

still believe in a reversal, probably not before a last upward leg
a double top in the 0,825 area is what I am thinking about
Why would anyone think that USD is a good long on any pair? I guess it can only be day traders.

AUD/USD's break of 0.8134 indicates rebound from 0.7826 is still in progress. Intraday bias is mildly on the upside for the moment and should target 0.8262 high first. Break will indicate that recent rally is still in progress but after all, focus will remain on reversal signal as AUD/USD approaches 0.8519 key resistance. On the downside, below 0.7966 minor support will flip intraday bias back to the downside. Below 0.7826 will bring fall resumption to 0.7449/7710 support zone next.
In the bigger picture, AUD/USD price actions from 0.6008 are treated as correction to down trend from 0.9849 only and has already met target zone of 0.7802/0.8519. A break below 0.7449 support will starts to argue that such consolidation has completed and will turn focus to 0.6988 for confirmation. Break there will bring retest of 0.6008 low. good analysis John i enjoy it and with weekly average of 400 pips between high and low i believe 0.8250 or 0.8300 should be the high for the week, i expecting the same range (4 to 5 hundred pips range) for next week.

closed my shorts with small profit after the big fall we saw yesterday

I expect a reaction upmove in the 0,805 - 0,81 area that would allow to enter short again
