Disliked....both hitting some noteworthy areas. If you look across the board you'll also be able to see that other equity markets are at key areas as well. How does this affect things? Risk traders, buying into USD on the demise of equity markets, if we get a failure anywhere around here across world indices. We're at some short term hyper-extended levels, which we havent seen in a long time (last time it was on the way down), not to mention sizeable opening gaps left over from the weekend.Ignored
DislikedA little off topic, but how does one go upon getting Equity and Commodities on MT4?Ignored
DislikedWell, I am at some company (trainee) and they gave me some stupid rules:
- fixed 60 pip SL, minimum 60 pip TP on GBPJPY, fixed 55 pip SL and min. 55 pip TP on GBPUSD and fixed 45 pip SL and min. 45 pip TP on AUDUSD;
- do not let 3 minutes pass without having a position open ON EACH OF THE THREE PAIRS.
So I'm trading these 3 pairs using those stupid rules :-|
PS: Took 16 trades. News caught me and I can't avoid news, because of the second rule...Ignored
DislikedA few companies offer them. These screenshots are from Broco Investments, a Russian company....someone gave me the link a long time ago.Ignored
DislikedWhat do you guys think about this dow chart?
Declining volume with increases in price. Today's candle has a large spread (high to low) but on lower volume and into the 200-SMA.Ignored
DislikedHmm, to me that was a level for profit-taking. The bull-run seems to be over for a while, although barrier attack at 1.6500 remains a possibility, and today's session offered a coupled of good short entries at 1.6450 and then retracement to 1.6410, with corresponding levels in Euro. Why fade the session trend? Now likely consolidation around current levels until NY wakes up.Ignored
DislikedDo not understand the 1.6450 level, would please talk a bit more about it ? I did not find any highs or lows about it. ThxIgnored
Disliked1.6455 was effectively the high of the Asian session with a brief excursion above at the Tokyo fix. For the whole session there had been selling going on at this level. Furthermore, checking the GBP crosses you can see that there had been flows out of GBP overnight. Very likely to continue during the London session, as the pair is at extended levels and people want to take some money off the table. So a high-probability short. My own entry was at 1.6447 at 6.36.
Hope that clarifies things.Ignored
