its to early to say anything....we do have a bearish swing and a support line coming up. I will see if my resistance levels hold if not I will look at the resistace levels coming all the from all the movement down...

we do have a channel going on here. it has closed below 100sma 3 times now but unable to break downwards. my thinking then is that this will break to the downside once the channel has been broken. was short from 7945 but it went against me, but didnt put a stop loss on the trade (i dont like stoploss) as was looking at the fibs and it bounced off the 76.4 line. it was a perfect bounce too. yes i could of added more shorts but didnt want to risk any more positions as i have other open positions at other pairs. was not going to over leverage my account. i have a sell limit order at the same place as i closed my first position with a profit. if you have a 100sma drawn out its begining to creast over the horizon which tells me that its headed south from here. now it may retest the highs again but have covered my sell limit and hope that it will get hit next week. anyways just my 2 cents.

to spot a trading opportunity:

a pinocchio-bar below the ichimoku-cloud....

but I´ll wait for a retrace to pivot point before shorting.

EUR/GBP's fall from 0.8866 extends further to as low as 0.8614 so far today. The impulsive look of such fall dampens the view that the cross has bottomed out even though 0.8574 support is still intact. We'd turn neutral for the moment. On the downside, break of 0.8574 low will indicate that recent decline from 0.9494 is still in progress. On the upside, above 0.8866 will revive the case that EUR/GBP has already bottomed out and will target trend line resistance at 0.9174 next.
In the bigger picture, price actions from 0.9799 so far represent consolidation in the larger up trend. Current decline from 0.9494 is treated as the third leg of such correction and might have completed at 0.8574 already. Further break of mentioned trend line resistance will add much credence to this case and target a retest of 0.9799 high. On the downside, though, below 0.8574 will argue that correction from 0.9799 is still in progress for 100% projection of 0.9799 to 0.8635 from 0.9494 at 0.8330 before completion. But downside will likely be contained there, and above 0.8186/8234 key cluster support zone (38.2% retracement of 0.5680 to 0.9799 at 0.8223)

i think here is a good selling zone 0.8577, any idea?
