I'm not using it whatsoever, it is just a visual representation to see how much ibfx is boning me in spreads when im not watching the screen.

Verto what is your buffer for AUD/NZD M5?
Do you use 40 MA and 80 Pips Buffer as in the original 1H Version?

I use 30 buffer of the 120 MA.. with two extra levels though so 6 levels, 2x, 200 pip stoploss with 30x20.

Looks good. I have been thinking about switching from H1 to M5 along time.
The original settings for H1 are pretty safe. With a buffer of 80 Pips you know that this pair is strongly overbought/oversold when your 1st level is opened. But quite often it misses my first level by just a few pips and I get only 4-5 trades per week.
I want to get more trades but without putting up more risk of getting my SL hit.

Hey guys, I know I havent posted here for a while but try looking at this one. 4H 20 MA 50 pips on either side of the line and next line 150 pips away. It seems to just keep bouncing on both sides of the MA. Almost never go more than 2 levels deep. Let me now what you think.

I also want to look at a 10 and 15 MA this weekend. Because this pair and the sgd/usd dont move much this might work.

This is all open for discussion at this point but I want to try it. See what happens. I will run some demos and see.

I hope spreads will get better tomorrow. I had a constant 21 Pips
Spread today probably because of US and UK Bank Holiday.

Oh I'm sure... haha I'm seeing 15 right now but yeah the spreads have been high today, but I am sure its because of the holiday.

I wrote up a nifty little EA for the AUD/NZD. It uses the BB on a 5M chart. It enters sells when it hits the top band and buys when it hits the bottom band and TP at 10 pips. Reenters every 20 SL 100. Bang bang bang all day long like we used to. I will post results this weekend.

Hello AUD/NZD thread people.

I have been trying to limit my trading to high probability trades, typically using pretty tight TP in volatile but ranging PA. I am intrigued by the possibilities of doing this with AUD/NZD, but of course I am worried about the big spread.

Would any of you know which brokers have the lowest spreads on this pair? I was wondering if there might be any Aussie or Kiwi brokers that had relatively lower spreads...

ibfx bounces around 14.... i see 14-20 on most US brokers. MB Trading ranges from 5-10 pips but they are beta testing the mt4 platform still. I hear GoMarkets has lower spread and they are an Aussie broker, if I recall correctly.
