Hi,

A quick question on Entry Conditions :

If you have several conditions set as true eg

PriceCrosscoral=true
and
MTFtrixdot1=1
MTFtrixdot2=1
MTFtrixdot3=1
MTFtrixdot4=1

Do all the conditions have to be met before a trade is opened.
So the price crosses the coral AND all the 4 lights are green say for a long position.

And does all this happen at the same time - so if I'm on M15 all the above have to be true in that 15 min time.

I ask because I seem to be getting situations where a trade should open but doesnt. But maybe one of my settings is stopping the trade.

Yes, all the conditions has to be met before a trade is opened. If you think its not happening, please post the chart and lets see if there is anything else.

GREAT job THV team! It is just fantastic the hard work you guys have put into this!
Read the manual and have been trading the manual setup (early days) and it surely works, a little confused on the setup of the EA, but I am testing out Cobra's 5min settings, will post back.

To bring some order to this testing, I'am looking for volunteers to test the following currency pairs with following 5 TF's (1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 60M)

1. EUR / USD
2. USD / JPY
3. USD / CHF
4. GBP / USD
5. EUR / AUD
6. AUD / USD
7. NZD / USD
8. USD / CAD
9. EUR / JPY
10. GBP / JPY

10 Pairs with 5 TF's will be 50 Charts, I'm thinking of assiging 2 charts per person, which means I'am looking for 25 volunteers. I'll work closely with these 25 volunteers, in setting up charts, setting modifications, analysis of trades as per settings etc.,

Pre-Requisites:-
1. Basic Knowlege of FX and a decent knowledge of THV Trading System.
2. Decent Computer configuration.
3. Lots and Lots of patience, this is going to be a long ride, before we see any fruit of our labor.(if you are looking for getting rich overnight, this is not the place.)
4. Confidence in the system.

What is there for you?
Ideally when you spend so much of your time on something, we expect something in return. There is no question about it. So, for all your time you spend on this beta testing, what will you get? Well, when we come out of this beta testing, you will probably have a inside out knowledge of the mechanics of this EA, like how each settings work, when which setting could be suitable etc., Better understanding of how to optimize your trades (manual or EA) etc.,

And most of all, self satisfaction of doing something which can be helpful to others, Nothing else.

I would very much like to volunteer for the testing of the EA. I'm new to Forex but have been trading stocks for several years. I have followed the original THV thread since it started and I have my own server to run this on. Thanks!

Do the Include low/med/high-variables in FFCal reflect the newsfilter-variable (Minutes before/after news) in EA-properties?

Yes, you can set that in the EA properties. It should be there in the last.

IŽd also like to apply as a beta-tester.

I am already running theese pairs on 5M tf, but could change in the name of duty

eurusd, usdcad, audusd, gbpusd, usdchf

I am also no pro-trader, but have patience and am dedicated to learning.

I too am fairly new to Forex and to THV, but have been reading and learning and testing my manual trading using the THV system on a Demo account. I have also been running the EA on a few M5 pairs, experimenting with different settings and would be happy to volunteer.

If my inexperience makes me an unsuitable tester, I certainly understand.

Lets wait for a day or two for some more responses, before starting. Mostly we will start next week, mean while it will be helpful to go through the manuals(for who dont know the THV system) and try to get a grasp of the trading system.

I want to participate too ! I can test EA untill July 16, ( I'll have to leave for a month on July 16 so if something will happen with PC or internet that will interupt testing process)

P.S. Could you please explain which conditions should be met for

ClassicSL
Classic Trailing Stop( how it is different from normal trailing stop?)

in manuals there is not a lot of information on that, thanks

I ain't the brightest bulb in the box, but I will help in anyway I can. Only caveat is help me set up what I need to do this. I am an old THVer and kinda trade my instinct.....Cobra taught me that. Kudos to all your hard work

Ok people I restarted my PC... and ... after starting the terminal it doesn't load, it is in the process list and Memory(Private Working Set) is 500 mb .... that doesn't look right I have no clue why it is happening I have like 5 pairs running ... not cool at all, is there any idea how to start the terminal ? it was working fine for past few days ..

restart didn't help if anyone need any files to investigate this issue let me know by tomorrow, I'll delete that folder in 24hrs
