right here at 1.2070 range.

1.2066 is a bottom trend line.

entry order: 1.2060 short
s/l 1.2080
target: 1.2010

trail s/l 13

or buy on a bounce of 1.2066. This trend line held support last time.

Ok not that bad. My losses were mostly small cause of trailing stop. Biggest loss was 20 and 2nd biggest was 10.
Added to last weeks wins I'm over 430 pips for 2 weeks and over 650 for 1 month. I cann't complain.

Plus THANKS FOR THE EUR/USD TRADES.
I had the best month so far. My total pips were more than yours -probably because I did a lot of bottom dipping buy EUR/JPY trades using " scalping with Bollinger bands ". I think that was a thread from Bea. EUR/USD pair was left aside for the past two and a half days.

Good job I am glad I could help. I am suprised I could get that many pips from just 1 pair. That might be a high end month for just one pair. I haven't been good long enough to see.
I will probly start to look at more usd/jpy trades too. The eur/usd isn't trending well last few weeks and usd/jpy has been. Actually eur/usd hasn't trended well since the first hurricane that hit luoisiana and cut off oil.

congrate for both of you,nice job with the yen, i could not trade for 5 days thanks to wilma, but friday was the best, i did for the first time 68 pips, in one trade,shorted EUR@2118 closed @2050.

Thanks Bea I was happy to see I finally got a rating.


I am currently just waching to see what eur does. Looking a little on the bid side for now but its in the middle of the 4 hr trend lines. So I won't take a trade untill it decides wich trend line it is going for.

bottom trend line falls around 1.2000/15 range, top trend line 1.2180/90 range.
Pivot is 1.2094/95. Most likley to approach the pivot at some point and break or pull back.

s/l: 1.1970
Target: 1.2250


I went short at the pivot last night and got 40 pips. Wish I would have posted it cause I cann't count it on my totals here. Sory bout that.

Were at the bottom of the 4 hr trend line. MacD gave a buy signal on the weekly chart. Dailys are over bought and correcting on this dip.

OK thats just wrong......It hit my s/l exactly. - 35 pips

I am reentering the long position @ 1.1994

s/l 1.1960

Target open ...I do not recomend this trade if you took losses on the last one. Unless you can afford it. I really hate not being able to be waching my trades.

This eur/usd is really getting on my nerves. trend lines don'thold, support resistance breaks mean very little and this 1900/2200 range suks.
For the most popular traded pair I would think it would trend better.

If this trade gets stopped out the I will just wait untill it retests 1.1900/1.1870 range.

I expect a retest of the lows so an entry near 1.1975 is recomended with same s/l.
I am on lunch and cann't wach to see if it dips that far again.

I can understand you. It is not easy when one has to work on another job beside the trading. The charts can move out in other directions when you are absent from the screen during working hours. At times when you stay up late, you even have to struggle with an extra dose of tiredness. Please see to it that you at least take time for a regular meal and don't feel bad when you can't reach your PC to send out a warning on a trade moving out of your range. The viewers has to take their responsibilities.

I read that good traders never trade non stop. They also know when to stand aside and take a rest.

Yea absoultly....I been waiting a long time for this to reach one of the trend lines again.

Weather long or short this trade has gone nowhere. Normaly I'd go short on a break of the trend line but that currently isn't realiable as you can see.

The good news is my second attempt at a long hasn't stopped out. And is holding near my entry. I am going to examine the charts and other currencies closely and post something real soon. If I need to rethink this trade now is a good time.

USD/CHF looks to have a double top inplace on dailys
USD/JPY looks in need of a corrective retrace on 4 hr-daily
EUR/USD looks like it could do anything

Daily pivot is at 1.2014

I might pull out at or near break even and wait it out.

I'd rather wait to enter on a break or failer of pivot.

If any one is in my trade here I recomend doing the same. If it don't hit the break even and falls the key zone is 1.1975/80 As long as its above 1.1980 it is not making lower lows. 1st support is 1981 next is 1975 and finaly 1967.
A break below 1 targets the next.

my s/l had trailed up and just got hit.....good!
Now I can stop sweating it and make a more comfortable trade at a later time.

the pair that is moving now is the usdjpy it has a daily res @116.73 this is a good area to sell
i placed an order to sell 1 lot @116.75 sl 117.
Now i am [email protected] i go for 20 pips or SAR @116.30

I wait to see what dave thinks about the fiber.i will go short if breaks 1965.
