Welcome to the THV thread.

THV is not the Holy Grail of scalping-- although it comes darn close.

If you look back at your chart now [refresh your charts you took that trade from] you'll see that the MTF histo bars repaint.

It has been said time and time again to have a higher TF chart open to reference an entry on 1M TF.

THV is not supposed to be a "pull the trigger" system w/o all the facts lined up.

So, with that being...
? Wowwwwww you open my eyes.... I was thinking that i have found an holyyyyyyyyyyy Grail..... I just was sitting and waiting for those 6 lights...

Was a valid trade, at least till previous high in the 80's area (about 20 pips to make).

A clear break of the coral (and MR2) with retest.

As long as you are not a news trader and have a special system and MM for it, never ever trade during important news !!!!

Aside from it just being "one of those trades" I remember someone mentioning not taking trades where you have opposite divergence indicators in successive cycles. In your trade, there was bearish divergence, right before your bullish divergence (or vice versa, I cannot see the chart while trying this). When that occurs we can wait it out to see were the market wants to move towards....

What do you think about that....Perhaps you can look back through you charts and see if there is validity in this....

Good question. I was referring to today's dominant trend, which has been up until PA stalled over the last 2 hours. It was not a wrong trade. It was just a little more risky than normal.

Just be patient and you will get those lights. Remember that trading the European session usually gives you a better chance at finding a successful trade, though you must always be ready for the unsuccessful ones too.

Yes that was MissPips who talked about successive divergences (I am surprised you didn't notice that first, Mr. King of Divergences ). These are the trickier of the MTF trades (take note Richalok) and are best avoided until you get a real feel for them.
