u shud not trade ISB in & of itself. U should look at other factors.
btw, possible immediate resistance is 1.46-1.4650 (if it can get there, LOL) & possibly we drop initially to the 1.45 area. POSSIBLY, as nobody knows for sure...

that PB may or may not work. check the overall day trend/check higher TFs.
what james16 teaches in this thread is definitely applicable in lower timeframes but his primary advocacy is that traders get good at trading H4, daily, weekly charts.

Yes sorry meant to say Inside Bar and i seen the resistance so i just sat on my hands !

I'm watching a pin develop on the daily Eur/Chf and hope you can check my analysis (I know that there are still quite a few hours to go and anything can happen but here goes anyway)

gododdin- just viewed you post and would just advise you that your fib analysis is not valid. The fib you have drawn has already pierced the 61.8 and this invalidates the other fib levels below. You are also using this level in the opposite direction from which it extends and you cannot do that either.
On the other hand if you draw a fib from the previous low to the recent high you can see price has retraced almost to the 50% fib. so you would maybe have got lucky!
I can't suggest any good sites on fib analysis but I,m sure some of the oter guys and gals here can advise

I am watching a pin form on the daily GBP/JPY.
Maybe a retracement up to 23 fib.

Plusses are that the nose is sticking righ thru a ppz (the current price line), and is at a swing low
(of sorts)

Negative is that it has just breached an upwards trendline which may give some resistance. And of course we are not yet at the close.

I trade that TF you mention and i took this trade because was see good support 1.3095 on my 4H system and was just leaving my work and try my luck with 5 pip SL.

I did not take it as I was skiddish about going counter trend. It did not have as much room to run as I'd like to see on 4 hr either. However, I caught that 1 hour pin going the other direction for a quick 51 pips (1 position at 20 and another at 31). It was a beauty with divergence. It happened so fast that I couldn't post a chart. The chart now would be meaningless. It's still headed down btw.
