I'm long. how low can i possibly go? AUD has been relatively strong, and the news that Rio Tinto board approved the chinese investment / purchase...should mean some inflows, no?

You are right but very often market goes its own path. I am still short but my Stop is in 100pips profit. Let's see if it turns around.

now market looks like being in profit taking mood, that's why I think AUD is short term more exposed

watch 0,6953 low, that eventually could surrender for 0,69 and then 0,685 (my final target for this corrective movement)

It hit my Stop so I am out of short trade with 100pips profit, now I'll be waiting for another signal, my daily charts are pointing down for now.

just went short with two small lots 0,7125 and 0,7114

stop above 0,7150 and tp 0,6854

I am long based on 4hr signal. That happen about 10:10am est. today. Stop-loss @ 0.6987. I am kind of surprised at this signal. Oh, well !

I closed my long for 27 pip loss. Not sure about the short because of the Stock Mrkt bad News. I am out for now.

no big changes from my previous comment,

AUDUSD seen consolidating and gaining some pips after the sharp fall but resistances at 0,704, then 0,708 and 0,7110 should contain the bounce.

watch 0,6953 low, that eventually could surrender for 0,69 and then 0,685 (my final target for this corrective movement)

Hi phloid,

If you don't mind me asking, what system is that, that you are using? I ask because I am the same way. I have a couple of systems that seem to be pretty good, but I miss out on the moves due to learning to trust them. I have just lately been trying to figure out the AUD/USD (how to trade it). It is not like some of the the other pairs that show nice trendy moves or signs by candles or candle formations. I want to figure out its characteristics and trade this pair. there is more bang for the buck in it.

By the way, if you went long this morning, you did good. congrats!

I see a strong resistance @0.7240 on my charts, maybe today or next week something will develop around that level.

To Fxstman, sorry I have learn to post to reply.

The system is based on the 4hr chart:

10 & 20 WMA creates the signal

the band of three 144, 189 & 233 EMA, shows levels of R/S

really have not firgure out which oscillator to use yet

I guess the good thing about the 4hr signal is that it works. The bad thing is I have yet learn to trust in me. The system is really, really, really simply.

So Fxstman try it with your 4 best currencies pair and watch for about month & please let know if this system Really works.
