Hey Jim,

I've never watched this pair before. Keeping an eye on it though. Thoughts, comments, wise remarks? Spread on IBFX seems to vary a lot on this one but when settled appears to be 9 pips.

One of my favourite 3 bar setups. Its all about perspective. Not an outside bar but a false break of an inside bar.

Yep I figured it wouldn't have far to go before stalling but also see it's been ranging between the fibs for awhile.

Now this is interesting. Your FXpro feed is a candle ahead of my IBFX. So I opened my FXpro and sure enough, one candle ahead. Hmmmm....Crystal ball? LOL

Just kidding of course but it sure would effect how you see candles form, no?

Yeah, I noticed your feed was much different.... The range is there, but I personally would not take the chance of a loss on this one. Take care

I'm sure some of you caught these, didn't read the new posts today but here's what I saw and took. Small live a/c.

Gbpjpy: short @ 147.57, stop @151.57

Nzdusd: short @ .5837, stop @.6007 (other side of ppz)

Marked areas of possible trouble. Will most likley move all to BE (if not close partial and rest to BE) at first area and set a TP for second area.

EDIT: THE GBPJPY - not technically a pinbar, mike i know you were about to call me out on it.. but this area was marked on my charts as a strong weekly ppz and with a bar like that it is a good enough signal for me to enter (think of it as an S&R trade)

I hope your not referring to King Shrub. That man is nothing like the rest of us. With all due respect this belief seems right on par with those who believe Republicans are for the rich and Dems for the common man, OR vice versa.

I know these comments are not welcome by all but this being America I can't help but add my two cents as long as we are here

EUR/JPY Daily is showing same setup. The PA aren't A+ but the PPZ's are solid, location isn't shabby and the divergence helps too. In any case I'll be moving to BE as soon as price hits first obstacle to be safe....

here are some of my demo trades based on my j16 aggressive method project for the last 40 days or so...

Raczek, thanks A LOT for sharing that. Could you cast some light on the following, please:

1. Most of your positions were 10-12% of the a/c balance - was that purely on/for demo?

2. Some of your trades were profitable, but RR was 0.05 to 0.1 - was that savvy trade management or mainly luck (that you exited earlier and the trade did not happen a big loser)?

3. Is there any logic/methodology behind some trades having SL and TP, some just SL, some (many) - neither? Isn't it dangerous to have a "naked" position (without SL)?

MANY THANKS!

When drawing fibs, is it best to draw them on the very last swing high/low or just sort of "adjust" them around until they best fit the the PPZ's in front of them?

Talk about the momentum (sp?)

.5800 hit, half closed, half at BE with tp at .5655

I am still developing my exit method but there is nothing wrong with getting to BE, especially when against the trend. Been getting burned lately, letting winners turn to losers (eurjpy and audusd weekly, last week) so right now I am looking to get to BE. Jduester has motivated me to get off my lazy behind and do some exit testing (thank you), so I am still looking to find my comfort level between getting to BE and letting trades run.

GBPJPY also triggered.

I use FXDD (5pm EST daily closes).

Not a head and shoulders urchman. There's a lower low to the left for starters.

Trading that pattern would be the same as trading a bullish pin who's high and low are encapsulated within a range/traffic.
