I also notice that when the eurusd is moving up, this usually does. Now that doesnt always hold true so I am going by what I notice today and in recent times. So eurusd hit and turned on one of my lines at same time, so good chance I am in the right way. I have rambled enough so that is it for me for a while.

This time if it gets near 169 I am going to watch and see if it goes through, wont jump out unless I see others dropping as we are not near hour turning point. Also may have to jump because usdjpy is getting near a lot of resistance and if it gets sold off so will I. Might get out now if stalls too long.

Good call Siam and I do believe 1.33-1.333 range will provide some bounce but I look to see the 1.34 figure provide a stronger resistance. More so, 1.34 gives the EUR a little more room to breath and possibly and *if* it reaches that price, I would feel more comfortable shorting the pair, noting that it's had a 300 point run from 1.31 and is truly ready for some profit taking/worthy bounce off the 1.34 whole number.

What are you thinking? I can see why 1.333 would be attractive as there was some sharp rejection in price to that area, as shown by the candles.

I'm still trying to find a comfortable balance in this type of trading myself...your insights are much appreciated and I always think highly of your postings and charts. Thanks for asking the question.

Not looking for short because pound and euro also looking upish at the moment, and this looks to have more oomph going up, so would rather wait for rejection back to somewhere it hasnt wanted to go through and take buy. Possibly not what others may do but it is how I feel today.

If this doesnt come through 169 area in next 10 mins will close trade because the few mins before turn of hour might see it drop down. Also if it stalls too long. If it does come through I have next plan of action ready, but not worth posting yet.

I look a lot at the weekly for most of my entries these days. This level just seems to stick out especially as it broke and now seems to be making a pull back to it.

still in my trade based on 5 min chart and what I see on other charts. I nearly bailed but I have some good pips on this trade so figure I can back my hunch and watch for a while. I could be wrong so have at least 30 pips profit if it backs up, but euro and pound still look upish and that is helping this trade. I really feel as if it might be a runner shortly. will see. But having got some really good pips here is makes taking the risk a no stress situation. I guess this is the tough part isnt it. Back you zones, or pull out of a trade too early. If there are pips in the bag then no need to get nervous and the odd one will pay off big time.

I will watch carefuly how price aproaches this area...I still wont put an order yet I am not convinced yet....

Keep in mind today the market is areas that we dont know is sentiment will change or is the sentiment from last week and this week will keep on pushing ...untill we start seing clear direction I will still be cautios with the market and the postions entered

I am particularly watching eurusd and it has 80 pips to the next line I have drawn in so if I go with it I will get over my 130.69 line and be looking at next target. I will not post now until next plan of action unfolds, which will either be new target of close of trade.

Yep I agree with you...just be carfull a bitt with the usdjpy since it has shifeted sentiment again and it seems like we might retrace down a bitt during london but I see an upward movement coming up specially if the eurusd start popping up and the other majors as well I am looking into buying the dipps in some majors at the moment..

just don't every say that to your wife or girlfriend and you should be alright. other than that, stay away from areas of support and/or resistance that has been used over and over again. the more a level gets "hit" the weaker it is in the future. hope that was simple enough.
