I've been following your trade this morning and I was wondering if you used the 4 hour chart to find the trade and the 1 hour to manage or do I have it wrong because I saw that a couple of posts up you used a 4 hour chart. The S/R levels on the 4 hour chart seemed much more visible compared to the 1 hour chart.

I do a bitt of everything mate. Their is none exact answer in the market ...I simply adjust to the market conditions...

In Metatrader4 right click on the chart and select 'Properties'

There are two tabs to the window that comes up. The setting should be the same as shown in the attached .gifs

Alright I am still in my short in the usdjpy....but the market is showing a bitt of indecesion showing some crap movement for some upcoming hours might be in the way ...I will let this trade mature a bitt more ...and depending on how it continues I might call it a day and take my pips..
