Could someone help me add an audible alert to this indicator?

Could someone look over the code for me? I have tried to add the alert, but it wont work when I try to put it on a chart.

instead of 0 try EMPTY_VALUE so instead of != 0 you will have != EMPTY_VALUE

Now my next step would be to turn it into a EA, but I am lost on that.
Well then thats where coders come in I guess.
