I've done the following:
I'd like to stick to the EUR-USD SSF M30 & H1 charts "permanently", but when have time will do some more, like today. I wanted to do all three filters EJ M30 but it's quite late so I'm done for tonight.

As a Slingshot "old timer", having followed the orignal BillB thread since inception and then Damon's 2nd generation one to conclusion, I just finished reviewing this 3rd generation thread and want to tip my hat and raise my glass to all of you guys. It is absolutely amazing to me how far this concept has evolved. Let it be said that "Damon's Devils" are the most thorough and aggressive testers in any forum on the web. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work! I'll be watching closely in awe and amazement

Ok, could one of you random check one or two of these? Although I'm following the doc step by step, I might be doing something wrong...
What I did was I went through the steps for the slope periods (in 1 step for SLF and all steps for CSF and SSF). If neither of them gave results I figure they are not suitable pairs/timeframes for this EA.

You did correctly. If no results no since in going on in the rest of the testing.
So this is where we are at then, Gbpjpy may be out, eurjpy may be out. That leaves usdjpy, audusd and usdcad. We may have to stick with the majors here, but if all filters are giving the same result, chances are we should maybe just stay away entirely.

The reason I ask this is that my impression is that the non-Straight Thru Processing (STP), non-Electronic Communications Network (ECN), non-Dealing Desk (DD) brokers seem to be made up of 2 groups: 1. the ones that ban the EAs that really work, and 2. the ones who allow it, but have figured out how to throttle them. Perhaps the ones that 'ban' certain 'working' EAs are the honest ones? Perhaps the others are not??? For instance, I had great success for awhile with FXDD back in December and part of Jan with some EAs I was running, but now it appears FXDD has throttled them. Because now I am running TadawulFX side-by-side to FXDD and TDFX is making a good number of trades and appears to be operating the way FXDD used to, whereas FXDD is not (though it is making some).
That is why TadawulFX (though it is Swiss/Cypress-based, and I don't like that part of it) is intriguing. I have read a lot of positive comments about them and they have been around since 2006 apparently.
Don't get me wrong - I am not cynical or negative at all - I just think it's somewhat of a game and we have to keep doing our due dilligence to stay on top of it.
I think as this market matures, those of us who believe in EAs are probably heading for an ECN/STP brokerage firm anyway, don't you?

Actually, Damon, I'm interested whether this EA will work with ECN (like MB Trading's platform will be).
That would eliminate all concerns regarding execution and hidden...

1. Either use one post (don't know if you can even do this in a forum - I'm new at this) for all results - such that anyone can edit it for their results. This puts all valid results in one area, preferably in post 1? Does the forum have any way for us to do this?
2. Or, at the very least, give to us exactly the info that you want and the format you want it in, and a way to label that particular post the same way for all reporters.
I'm just thinking that you have an overwhelming job here to compile all results - some of which may be valid, some of which may not be. I don't envy you
