How many?

Because there's the "channel" lines for two.

There is also "Trendline by angle"

Andrew's Pitchfork makes three lines but once they're set you can ctrl+click+drag on it to copy it.

Draw the original trend line. Double mouse click on the trend line so the dots appear on the ends. Press Ctrl and grab the line with the mouse. Drag it to where you want. Repeat with either line. All lines will be on the same slope.
