Quite some time back on some different thread, I heard mentioned that some brokers provide data for the futures market too for MT4. Can anyone confirm this and if so any suggestions. Would be nice to see how THV performs. My gut feeling is just as good or has someone already attemted this.

Yesterday I did the same thing but didn't get out in time, had to wait 8 hours to recover from the drawdown and closed happy as puppy at break even.Account was held for a long time, lots of nerves lost and nothing gained except wisdom...

This is one of the reasons why I would never open a serious account with MT4 bucket shop brokers.
This spike was 20 min ago and the platform is still frozen after shutting down and reopening.
My ACM and FXsol platforms are OK.
I'm happy that I haven't been in a trade, lol.

Absolutely, I could have tons of trading opportunities than waiting for FOMC, Non-Farm Payrolls....etc. These news are all rigged anyway. "This" spike...looks good; but absolutely not tradable to me. Others more intelligent traders can have a go at it.
I'm happy that I haven't been in a trade, lol.

To trade the news is a complete different way and a special MM, like risk accounts where you only deposit what you are willing to risk in one trade.
It's not my way, too exiting.
