Got stopped out +207. A winner is still a winner.

On my chart looks like PPZ area, will need to see it move first before I pick direction.

The same with Mike as well. They make the complex understandable in a very clear, simple way. I still learn so much from these guys very single day.

Especially when you go back in the thread and re-read some earlier material once you get a better understanding of putting it all together. There are many times when I would go back and read many of Mike's earlier posts and say "OOH . . that's what Mike meant." lol Cool stuff.

Comes back to what Mr Trend pointed out recently too, about releasing yourself from the pre-defined bar patterns we push here.

You do get good at putting the raw price movements into context. Lop-sided outside bars etc. lol

I trade a lot of inside bars that are actually two bar pins as well. ...They're the easy IBs to trade.
That I do.

Some are obvious like "railroad track/tweezers" are PBs on a next level time frame. (Chart)

Some are not so obvious. You look at a big move on the Daily, where the location/confluences are good but no definable bar confirmation. (darn it!) Then you look at the same time period and there's a 16 Hour PB in plan view.
Then you say, "That makes sense. "

At what point in this trade did you move your stop to BE?

You just answered to something i asked to Bundy about looking to more TF to make it easier to find PA around the locations we want them to happen.

Bundy gave some interesting insight into raw price movements that I didn't consider before . . Price spanning its move at differant times of the day, etc. Got my wheels turning in my head for awhile.

But as he said, keeping it simple is the best way to go. Whenever I stray away from that, I get myself in trouble.

I used to race cars in the past .
Never crossed my mind to go on a race without practice until every muscle in my body shouted for help.
Practice gave my the ability to test the envelope of the car and myself in different circuits and situations. Only when I dropped from a pre-specified time lap, in practice, I felt ready to go racing.
Used to look a the circuit, plan my "line" as we would call the driving path, to the fastest way around. Usually, sitting in the car during practice will revel if the plan suited the actual real driving surroundings. Then I would apply adjustments to the plan (myself) and car.
As a young man, I got in to a team early on, understanding that what you learn on open race-days will at best make you come last at the race, or injure yourself at worst.
Joining a team, which was lead by a know, proven race driver who had a huge wall full of trophy's, had done a big change to my racing. I have my little shelf of trophy's to show that.


I have been real account trader since day one which was more then a year ago. At the beginning I had the account 3 times bigger, pure lack at retrospective. Then sure enough, the account was blown away and returned to where all dead accounts go... to the brokers grave yard (pockets).

Then, and only then my journey started.
Trying other methods, some are really stupid , some are from outer space , yes and some are OK. over time I understood that relaying only on indicators is the teaching of broker-college conspiracy for " How to leave you money with us in 90 days".

One day, sitting at the balcony, came a deep voice from the havens, telling me "GO TO J16 THREAD ON FF". As a true believer, I always do what the voice from above says...

A last, I have found it, someone who treats Forex as a business. Great. This was the first important indication that here things are a little different.
Second came the PA patterns, confluences, PPZ's and all. Wow, wow... a lot to learn. Well this is getting better, since I love s/r and did not understand why they are not working for me.
Then came what I knew should have been from the start : "DO THINS ONLY ON DEMO FIRST.... FOR MONTHS" they all shouted, Jim at the front.

This was the challenge:
I finally started to understand and succeed in this. If I demo, and a trade will go my way then it means I lost money.. how come? It was not on a real account. It could have been hard green cash pips. http://www.james16group.us/forums/im.../moneyeyes.gif
Boy, this was hard. leaving the "real" world to practice on demo.

To make a long story short (will never be, it's too long by now), I'm glad I had the courage to listen to all J16 members that shouted that. Demo has, in real life, improved my trading skills. period.

I will demo until the numbers will be only green for at least 3 months in a row. period.

Hi Ghous

I'm in that trade from its beging, it's giving nice pips + swap so I don't mind to vintage it la bit longer. (or at least to wait for some PA showing bigger retracement). It's all virtual (on my demo) but I don't mind. Maybe when I will be ready for a live account the market will sorts its out at the end. Who knows
Here is a weekly chart with some T/P lines (red) to take, I don't know if correct or not and would be grateful for your insight.
