Just a comment: ATR Pips indicator already shows a 3*ATR (20) (it can be set to any multiplier at wish), so the amount shown would be quite safe. However, SL should be set according to the main TF used for trading, not the smaller where the entries are taken (unless you're only scalping M1).

I cannot believe after all these hours, the PA action still has it floating high and sideways......unless this is going to turn out to be ONE WHOPPING PUMP & DUMP! And it could be all about that. H4 looks like a Double Top.

Run this on say M15, and watch the trades and approximate time of day, then use the same data in M5 and then M1, you will be surprised how much you remember of the trades from the higher TF's. There's a way for using multiple TFs in the simulator. Along with the vHandsTrade simulator there comes an indicator called "Period_Converter_Opt". Multiple instances of this indicator can be placed into the main chart to update previously opened offline charts with different periodicity. A full documentation of this you find in "Strategy Testing with Multiple Time Frames" pdf in the vHandsTrade thread (http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...&postcount=208)

Just be aware of the indicators update interval settings, because if the main chart updates 3 other charts in fast forward mode, each with the complete THV setup, the machine might run out of resources.

Thanks doblece, I understand what you are saying, but 'quite safe' is a relative term. Here is an example of why I sometimes increase the SL on M1. As you can see you would have been stopped out of a long which would have gone on to be profitable. Agreed, not a wise place to take a long but possible for newbies.

Just pointing this out in case it helps anyone out there.

2850 is in sight. I'm looking to possibly go long at the close of this 15 min candle if everything lines up. Depends on where the S/R lines are. Will wait and see.

Edit: May have trouble clearing 2845.

got the CCI alert while doing some paperwork, entered 20 lots @ 1.2788, see the yellow bar on cci, took half at R1, let the rest ride to R2.

How can I get rid of the analyze exit/buy in the thv screen to clean it up a bit?

Did you notice what happened when all points on the MTF Trix and MTF Cloud indicators on your chart have been green and the PA crossed the Coral?
