Sounds like you are trying to hedge, which is not possible on the MBT Navigator. However, many clients choose to open two accounts linked to one username. This allows them to log in only once, while toggling back and forth between the accounts without the need to log out.
What about the volume? I mean the volume we see in platforms like MT4 and ninjiatrader, is it the tick volume or just the volume of your clients?

Volume shown is from our clients and liquidity providers...but not always all available liquidity as its not required our partners display everything available.
How can I get access to the MT4 trading platform? I downloaded the other one and signed up for the site, but I don't really like the functionality of your platform. I did install the MT4 version, but can't figure out how to login to it.

justin is it possible that I can set take profit and stop loss levels in between a range of prices lets say if some news comes for example the non farm payrolls can I set my stop loss lets say for example eur/usd between 1.2450-1.2455 and the same way for take profit???

No, this is not possible on the MBT Navigator....do you know of a broker that offers such, I'd be interested in looking at it? What you're asking for is similar to our Stop Limit order for Order Entry...but please don't use it for Stop Loss, it doesn't work that way.
I just chatted with one of their customer support and he said he doesn't know when MT4 will go live .... When their MT4 goes live, I will drop my present broker in a heartbeat ...
What's up with the wide spreads at the moment, all over the place across most pairs. example G/J 20 pips , E/U 4 pips , E/J 12 pips etc. no news , been like this for 30 minutes. Any one else seeing this.
I agree birdt, just exited a trade & calling it a night. Don't like the crazy way prices are moving about. In the last hour I've seen negative spreads on U/J , E/U & E/J.

I've skimmed through this thread for an answer but haven't found it.
From what I remember reading before, MB Trading was supposed to be passing orders straight through. I even saw that Justin (I think that's his name) was saying that the new NFA requirements weren't a big problem for them because they don't have to trade/hedge against their clients and so don't have huge risk on the books like most other Forex brokers.
So I'm a little confused when I went to open a new account and saw this as part of the disclaimer.
MB TRADING FUTURES (MBTF) AS COUNTERPARTY
The foreign currency trading you are entering into is not conducted on an exchange. MBTF is acting as a counterparty in these transactions and, therefore, acts as the buyer when you sell and the seller when you buy. The prices MBTF offers might not be the best prices available.
Although MBTF is the counterparty to each of your trades, MBTF limits risk to itself by instantaneously offsetting the trades and positions it enters into with you with a bank or institutional market maker. As a result, MBTF does not profit when you lose money on a Trade. Rather, MBTF earns commissions on each trade it enters into with you.
