*if u trade M5 you should confirm that M15 or M30 is going the same way. *Fast Trix on M15 is going up. Its a risky trade.
*you are not really using trends. You have them , but your trade kinda of ignores them.
* just to M1 when you place a trade. Make sure M1 support your entry. According to M1 your trade was a late one and kinda of risky again

Hey Cobra, I'm a veteran trader whose been trading your system live now for over a month. I like what you have here especially with the Trix. I mostly use 1 & 5 min TF's. What I have noticed in trading your system is that there are a lot of false signals and whipsaws, especially on a 1 minute system in the currencies. I also noticed a fairly good amount of them happen around the coral, which is particularly difficult to figure out. There seems to be a few good, solid moves surrounded by a lot of chop. As a Monday morning quarterback its easy to look back and see where the cherry trades were, but in the heat of the moment it can be quite frustrating. Can you give any insight as to how you deal with these circumstances. Maybe there is something I'm missing here.

I do not see anything wrong with your trade. The PA came down exactly to the trendline you had drawn. I also shorted that...

You did stay in the trade, correct?

After PA touched that Trendline and bounced. There was a bullish divergence signal in the 1 min and a beautiful move upwards...I got in after the break of the cloud...

Sorry ForexTrader1...I did not mean to contradict your post. I was watching the PA in the one min and 5 min in that trade as well...the 1 Min chart gave a clear divergence signal right before it dropped. PA made a higer high and trix made a lower high....so.....depending on your risk apetite, that could have been a clear go...

We are ranging since opening and any system will give you “false signals”, the signals aren’t wrong but the market condition isn’t trending and as long as you don’t wont to scalp these 10 – 30 pip waves you should better not trade.

The waves actually have about +20 pips and last about 20 min (E/U), a total of 60 pips/hour in a market that doesn't move, isn't bad at all.

I love this condition, a ranging market of 80 to 100 pips, because even if you take a long and a short at the same time in almost the center of this range you will win, you only need to wait till your TP gets hit.

You can be wrong only once, when the PA breaks out.

The coral is getting crossed all the time, that shows you that we are ranging and if you go with the coral rule you will almost not have entry permission.

If you trade the coral rule there are very few trades that give false signal.

If you like give us an example and we analyze it.

These are the trades I was referring to....

The 5 min chart is as per windelevel's post and the 1 min chart showed two excellent trades from a bounce off of a trend line and preceded by divergence in the 1 min....



I hope it breaks the trendline on the 5 min this time...!

HAHA....that was a nice break of the trendline...or atleast a nice spike through it !!

Hello Cashmerr , thanks for replying to my message, you are very attentive.

I just close the trade manually with +1 pips, because I thought that the trader would not give more right.

I had placed the SL above the line of Pivot SM2, but the correct order there would be close to where I made a mark on the graph?

I post here again when I do a next trader.

I will not pretend to answer for Cobra, but I would like to share with you how I like to use these indicators; they work very well for me and my style of intraday trading.

First I want to establish the current trend on the 1H chart using the cloud, HA candles, Trix and trend lines I draw on the chart. If the trend is unclear, I find another pair to trade; there is always one pair showing a strong 1H trend. Next drop to the 5M chart and wait for a new cycle to begin WITH the 1H trend; it should appear within the hour. If not, go back and look at the 1H to be sure the picture has not changed. Trading against the 1H is a cross-trend trade, very risky. Why trade against a stronger trend when you can trade with it? This method works very well for me. YMMV !

The only indicator I have added is a non-lag MA with alert set to 13. When the alert sounds on the 1H chart, I take a look and potentially plan a trade as described above. HTH !

Here is an example where and indication like divergence can save you from losing unecessary pips...

I entered short on the "break" of a trend line, expecting 10 or so pips...price paused at about +3 pips, and only then did I notice the 1 min bullish divergence, indicating the unlikelihood that it would continue in my favor...

I closed the trade and waited for a signal long, which came at the break of the cloud...

When three circles become completely green or red, it is necessary to pay attention to the basic schedule and to decide to enter into trade or not. Indicator shows only how much pair is hot!

Add it is necessary nothing, author has enclosed all necessary for system, and indicator only for convenience and to the lazy.

If I say it doesn't repaint it's because I have seen it hundreds of trading hours and you can believe me.

See my example, wouldn't it be logical that IF it repaints it would have repainted that little red part?

If you like the system, go ahead, it free to use for everybody, if you look for mistakes in a system you are wrong here 'cause nowbody gives you back the money that you didn't pay for the system and may be you find somewhere else what you're looking for.

The THV Team proves the system weeks before we release it and now tell them they are wrong.

I'm tired to hear all this crap day by day, please let's come back to where we have been before or I need to quit.
