That's right, Cobra! So, that has me even more suspicious.....that this is all about spread out accumulation. And every time the PA upside pressure starts it moving up, THEY slam it back down with a series of trades at sequentially lower prices....just to get it back in line.

Some theory, huh?!

Shorted cable at 1.4098 about two hours ago and shorts are still in place. Cable is on crash mode now based on 240-min time frame. Immediate downside target at -1.3906+

-1.3955+ SHOULD have support at that juncture; as there may have profit taking of the shorts at the Median line. Apologize for the 'missed out' info.

Traderathome, I notice that you have a good sight about "THEY" many times. Do you have any experience working with "THEY"? Love to read it if you have any. Thanks.

Thanks doblece, really useful indicator but I have found it slows up my (fairly powerful) PC to a crawl, so maybe use with caution.

Could be just my machine configuration ....

Thank you Cobra. You and your core group are like a mentor to me. I don't post b/c I always do a search of the thread and find answers and solutions. As a bonus, many times I discover information that I did not have any knowledge of.

The point I make here is: for many folks like myself this thread does not need a lot of distractions. Having fun is easily recognizable but misinformation and non relevance not always so.

Keep up the good work.

Absolutely !!! Too many good trading systems have been strangled by excessive indicators and obsessive focus on creating an EA. Not all manual systems (most IMO) can be transformed into a profitable EA.

When the Trix is up (green) and starts to cross down (goes red), we get a GREEN BULL CROSS. And when the Trix is down (red) and starts to go up (goes green), we get a RED BEAR CROSS.

Now maybe it is just me, and I don't understand convention here....but, THIS SEEMS CRAZY! If the Trix is up and starts going down, then shouldn't any alerts be red and refer to Bears, like......RED BEAR CROSS (for, "Red warning: Bears are gaining control!"). And it the Trix is down and starts going up, then shouldn't any alerts be green and refer to Bulls, like....GREEN BULL CROSS (for, "Green warning: Bull are gaining control!")

Well, it sure seems more logical to me.....at least if one subscribes to using green candles for up moves and red candles for down moves.

See, it takes THEM very little volume and not much time to move it back down once it gets to looking too strong. Now the accumulation continues once again in the reset lower PA area....IMHO, because I have been watching the volume during the moves down = down on a bit of volume, and followed by much increased volume at the lows.

The "cross" means a cross of the zero trix line, not the lines crossing each other.

I'm wondering, since us little guys don't move the market, aren't the banks fighting against each other? Why would one bank want to drive the price down by selling so that another bank could buy cheaper? Don't they have each others game figured out?

they all sit around with stogies in their offices , use their teleconferencing devices and say: "o.k.; Ulag, it's your turn." Ulag dumps a couple billion for 10 pips or so, all the little guys like us follow, then Ulag gets out and tells Freidrich: "dude; I'm out, your turn." - it's called collusion and it's the way of the forex world. Like it or not - that's the game. It ain't our sandbox; BUT thanks to THV, it sure does allow us to take the sand a little at a time and put it in our own back yard.

Well, let’s start with this one:

The candle which broke MS2 was strong and above the 1M and 5M (the grey one) cloud, Trix crossed nicely on zero zone.

MS2 didn’t hold on retest and I got out with 8 pips less in my account.

This is one of those trades that we need to cover with a good MM.
