nah, it's pretty much by the book. One you get the hang of it, volume will have its place in your trading, to help you see where the real money/activity is. I combine it with common stuff..channels, fibbs, patterns etc.

This week I really picked up the pace with more aggresive scalps, many of them lasting less than a minute, so it's really hard to post at the same time.
If anyone is intersted, I can post some live trades.

edit: oh yeah, everyone is watching shakes..good trading.

Anyone interested in price action should be more interested in where the price action is occuring location wise. (My own personal opinion) And should only merely use price action as the trigger to execute the trade.

If you are interested in learning more about Price action I would go to this thread dimitrius - http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=2331 , My usual thread, there are far better traders than I there who will honestly answer questions all day long. Start reading the thread at the beginning and you will get all of the Price action "setups" and after that it is just a matter of experience.

Yep, reminds me what Ronald Reagan used to say "Trust but verify"...
I did however start watching tick action more for precise entries and PA...(a method that shakes didn't invent)...I find it usefull, along with the rest of my method, whick took years of study.

Ok, my buddy (childhood friend) tried his hand at live trading, and dug himself into a deep hole.
It's only a micro account, but it's a mess. Now..I am going to try to ressurect his account.
Here's what I'm starting with before market open this week.

I like a good challenge, but this is gonna be tuff. Will post results.
PS: By no means am I an account manager, this is a good friend of mine, so do not ask me to manage your account.

I'm watching E/J right now..took a few scalps. Let's see if it can break 50 and hold it..if so we'll have some strength. If it pulls back I'll look to short.
