Something to keep an eye on indeed, but let's wait until we are sure everything is working good before jumping to conclusions

I also noticed a trend in the last couple of days or rather a week now:
The EA starts quite bad in the morning, goes negative, continues going lower and lower until the early afternoon when it takes an adrenalin shot and comes back sharply, finishes in positive.
I don't know if this is true for everybody, but mine was doing something like this. Shouldn't we trade later perhaps?
hmm... anyway, I'll leave that to be found out in Test Phase II.

Guys,

Not sure who will be testing the ATR=true settings tomorrow (today for some I guess) but I plan to run v2.12 without the ATR and all three single trading options = true. That way, perhaps if someone else does decide to run with ATR=true then we'll have a with and without for comparison.

All that said, I'm sure Damon probably still just wants to confirm the EA is working properly in its basic trade execution.

Since right now I am more concerned with proper entries I am going to give a good test to the indicators to make sure that they are indeed functioning as they should.

When someone cna verify whether there platforms missed trades at those locations as well, we will know more where the problem lies.

Sorry - couldn't get the font right...

Add'l summary (See #856):

EURJPY: +$93
EURUSD: -$74
GBPJPY: +$86
GBPUSD: -$131
USDJPY: -$48
Net: -$74
If you just add a filter to filter out +-5 min on either side of 9:30, 11:00, 14:00, and 15:15 (GMT+2), you would have taken off $193 of losses, leaving a net gain of $119 – not bad for ½ day’s trading (11 hrs)!

Hi! Please could you tell me if I need or not to let the EA import the DLL when I am setting it up?

Hey Blackwolf...Can you mimik me for tomorrow as some trades were missed today and I need to know if it is a broker issue or a EA/Indicator issue.....

Set up 3 charts, all of them gbpusd 30M. Then set different lot sizes to each one so you can easily tell them apart. On the chats, just have one single filter running on each of the 3 charts. Then tomorrow we can figure out where the problem lies.

Whatcha think?

Will do. Maybe someone else can take my trade settings in my place and I'll shadow you, Damon.

Too funny, the minute I placed the EA on my chart earlier, the torpedo went active before I could put the GMT +2 full safety on it. So I will have one trade buy gbpusd at 6:32 which closed in profit +$15.00. Ignor it when you get my end of day trade report.

Mine is not checked, so I am guessing you can leave it unchecked. Gary would have a better answer for you however.

Perhaps something to keep an eye on, perhaps not - probably not. I guess the real question here would be, if you maybe stayed out from, say, (GMT+2) 8-10:00, then +-5 min on either side of, say, 9:30, 11:00, and then maybe stayed out from 14:30 to 15:30 or something like that, ??????
Were those exact timing of losing orders? Please compare with the winning trades and see if the winners are created after the critical 5 minutes. If so, I will do something to trade only after 5 minutes of new bar instead of selecting block of trading hours.

Mine was not running until 13:00gmt, but I had all trades for GU 30m that you mentioned except for the 13:30one.. The EA wasn't showing the filters yesterday so i don't know what was traded and what was not.

This means I also didn't change the 3 filters to TRUE!!!!!!!!! So my testing results will suck again.

Well since I only had macd filter to true, I figure I'll check to see if the trades were taken correctly...

Can someone please verify that on EU 1hr at 8GMT the trend should've been red and that 1hr candle should've been taken. It was not taken on my platform. 11GMT was not either.

EJ missed the 7gmt 1hr candle. I show a buy only.

It looks like all the 30m trades were correct...
