Trading today was like shooting with a saw up shotgun in a barrel of fish.

I see that most of you got your part of the cake, some great calls and trades where posted.

Found this MACD Divergence Indicator on another thread. Have no idea if it is of any use or repaints. Maybe someone could take a look and advise.

It looks to me as if there is bullish divergence on the M15. However, there was no signal from the indicator. Any other opinions?

Seems to be strong resistance at R-3, the shoulder on 5 min chart!

That M15 bearish divergence scored for me, but I had to anticipate it. It seems you have to realize divergence is going to happen before it does, because the indicator signals a little late most of the time.

I caught the bearish divergence on the 15 earlier today - http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...postcount=6318 - about 1 1/2 candles before the indicator revealed itself. Though, not nearly as prominent, I see the bull divergence developing and the potential is it may be over - though, your h&s pattern is still in play, though not as much so -

SeerEye, make sure you draw that Trix TL underneath just like on the HA candles. It is still divergence, but lines must always be drawn on the similar side of the action in both windows.

Hello guys I have a problem with understanding how to deal with the 3 zero lines on the trix indicator, and where it should cross.
Also, the indication on the left are a bit confusing to me.
I feel kind of stupid, but my basic question is about a strait froward way to interpret the trix, without the written indications.
The video and the guide have not been helping much.
I'm not a newbie but I'm confused.
Cluod, snake, heiken etc are fine, just I don't get the basic behaviour of the trix, which I imagine is a bit different from a stochastic indicator.

if i may,
the middle "0" is the "real zero", "where it should cross" as u said.

the upper & lower "0" lines are the overbought (red) & oversold (green) areas, wherein when hit, price is "expected" to retrace/reverse.

It is actually not all that different from the stochastic. It is also an oscillator and has a fast and slow line. Fast line very high is overbought, fast line low is oversold. The white dashed line is zero, the red one indicates overbought and the green one indicates oversold. The difference is it works so much better than the stochastic, which is the main oscillator I used to use.

1.2685 is serving as serious support, but I think there is a H&S on M15 and M30. Here is one of my analysis charts. Tradewell, I saw your reference to one on the M5 some time ago.

Yes, I gave up on the one on M5, but just noticed one on the M15 about 10 minutes ago.

Oh yeah. That usually closes within hours but I noticed that occasionally it can take several days.
