Hi,

Please recommend me a charting software.
I did a google search and found so many bad/ugly/not professional softwares.

eSignal is perfect. But if the company will go out of business tomorrow?
So I want a backup software.

Please dont recomment me MetaTrader or DealBook360 or NinjaTrader or MetaStock.

These are ok but eSignal is so much better. For example:

- In MetaTrader you can't take the chart's out of the main window so MT is not even an option.
-In DealBook you don't have a continues contract for futures and you dont have volume.
- MetaStock has the problems of MT but worse...
- Etc...

Please expose me for some pro softwares that you thing is the best, Price is not an issue, I'm willing to pay whatever price for a good charting soft.

Must Have Features:

  1. Charts out of the main window.
  2. Programming.
  3. A lot Historical Data, from Intraday to monthly etc.
  4. Custom time frame, Not only 5, 15, 30, etc. let me choose!
  5. Futures & Forex Data. Stocks&options are not needed.
  6. If I draw trend line and all that, I must save the page/workspace/layout whatever they wanna call it.

Thank you so much!

The best solid charting software that i've come across is FX AccuCharts. It's a software from forexsolutions.com.

You have to download their trading platform first(GTS Pro) and then the charting package. Shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes.

Check out Prorealtime.

One good platform and also good for money is Ensign Windows, another good for money is Sierra Chart(less user friendly).
Another is Market Delta.
Best problably is CQG(very expansive).
If u wan't one for free and look good is Quotetracker.

Tradestation. Their forums (second to forexfactory, of course) are great. Tons of high-quality free stuff there.

Check out Thinkorswim. They have their own charting/trading platform that is pretty good once you get used to it. It's heavy on the Options side of things, but you can trade Forex, Futures, Stocks, etc. with it. They are constantly updating it to add features and fix bugs. It even has its own API. Their built in charting isn't my favorite, but they also support Prophet charts inside the app. Their spreads on FX are pretty good too. And yes, you can detach any window.
