hello
i want esignal software so anybody have esignal software or not because i download esignal software from esignal.com but it asks username and passwords but he dont give trial version so please tell me any other software is there or not

Forget eSignal for FX.

They have many issues with their FX feeds, even eSignal are aware of this.

It is even discussed in their own forum.

Try Meta Trade, which is free, instead:

If you want to pay, for more reliablity try:

CQG.

I have their Advanced Get charts I must say it is real garbage. MT4 is much better.

I agree with the other comments. I dumped esig last month and now feed MT3/4 into Amibroker.
But if you really wish to try it out you can get a 30 day trial of the software, but you need a credit card & remember to cancel before the 30 days are up.
You will be charged exchange fees for the month. GTIS FX is $50/mth
While we're on the subject, does anyone know how to feed MT4 data into TradeStation 2000i? I cannot configurate Hyper Server nor Alpari's Global Data Server for the life of me to get real time feed
Hi, i agree with the above posts. I drop E-SIGNAL 2 months ago due to the chart discripancy. They are using a mix of different data making the all thing unreliable. Since that i am using TRADESTATION, great tolls, love it but you need to pay $100/month except if you are trading 25 full lots or 250 mini per month. For Free software, METATRADER is the best.

Ditto--esignal is not the place to be for Forex. It's a decent if overpriced setup for other markets. Better options out there.

It's not too bad.

You need to follow the instructions carefully.

Works well. MT4 build 183 stable with one currency, seemed to get stuck from time to time (1hr - 10 hrs later) with more than one currency.

MT4 builds 184,185, even with one currency seemed to get stuck from time to time.

MT4 build 186 seems more stable with one currency. Been too busy testing one currency and haven't got round to testing stability with more than one currency.

If it gets stuck then export the history from MT4 saved "eurusd.csv" (Amibroker uses the filename to determine the currency) and import into Amibroker and you're back up to date.

Real easy in my opinion plus the data feed is free.

Hello everyone.

eSignal is a bit too much for it's quality.

I'm not sure what else options I have out there.
I'm using a software called 4x made easy. I'm sure some of you may have heard of it.

Now eSignal is used to run it, is there any alternatives which I can look into besided esignal.
I'm not sure what Metatrade is all about. But I would like to know if anyone has a way of making 4XME run without esignal.

Which one do you use?
eSignal allows you to single out the feed. I'm using it w/ the HotspotFXi (hsfx) code. Which lines up w/ my platform perfect and I don't get all the false spikes from those bucket shops.

but to use that code you have to be authorized by Hotspotfxi so you may want to look at some of the other charting pkgs first.

There are a lot of annoying spikes with their feed. It depends on what kind of strategy you have. If you are a daily guy, then you're ok.

The only reason I stick with eSignal is because it has my charts I like -- Point Break bars. Other than that, Neoticker has them, but then, I don't know of any way to feed into Neoticker unless you have a broker they support, which right now is MB Trading.

That's how it is in this business. People use different things because one package satisfies X number of users, and other packages satisfied Y number of users...

If it's still the same, at least you have the ability to Edit Out those spikes via the Load History window.

ie you don't have to wait for a brkr to edit thier data.

I may have to try Martin's MT data link up to rejuvenate my old 2000i platform.

I doubt very long. eSignal is known by most folks who have actually made any money in this game to be one of the industry leaders in what you can do with charts. They offer about every chart imaginable. And they're one of the very few vendors that allow you to do chart correlation within a given workspace.

MT, on the other hand, can't even let you do custom timeframes. What if I want a 377, 56, 34, 21 minute chart? Sorry, can't do that with MT... and that's basic crap that anyone should allow.
