BY THE WAY THE STRATEGY EXPLAINED IN THE BOOK IS EXPLAINED ON 1 HOUR TIME FRAME . I HAVE TESTED IT ON 5 MIN TIME FRAME AND IT WORKED VERY WELL AS WELL .

So, there is two possible buy entries? 1) on breaks of the 200sma, or 2) when price bounced off the 100/200 lower BB bands?

I've been reading this system pdf over & it's appears to be straight forward enough. However most of the examples in the pdf seem to be sideways or sloped-ranging markets. If you look at the system on a well-trending 1 hour chart, price will seldom retrace any where near to the 200ma or nearby 100 bollinger, save when the trend is running out of steam. The retracement goes only so far as the no-mans-land area. If the rules are bent, adding the 100ma to it's bollinger & a 50ma, can provide support & resistance to these levels, & such a trade off these retracements & other S/R can be done. The Stochastic being an overb/s indicator doesn't work that well in a trending market, so price action certainly would be the chief indication, though it's crosses could still be used in conjunction with the RSI. The attachment shows what I'm getting out, notice how the 50 & 100ma gave retracement points, otherwise the rules would keep you from entering these trades. I know this may already obvious to those who use the system, but any further thoughts would be great.
