I figured out that the THV Trix v.4.01 reacts similar to EMA 3 and 18.

Does it depends on this two ema?

This is what I was thinking, maybe y'all have other thoughts...

The trendline on the trix is pretty tight... and the 5 min is tightening down...

It maybe close to the breakout that was referred to earlier...

Trendlines in the 1 min are extremely useful in both the PA and on trix...

Let's see if the horizontal level of support holds in the 5 min...

Ichimoku Kinko Hyo is the standard indicator from MT4.
You will find it under "Oscillators".

Here were two quick sclaps for atleast 10 pips each...

The first:

1.) 15 trix turned green. Look to 5 min for upward movement.
2.) 5 Min break of trix trendline, trix cross and break of FPV.
3.) 1 min after 2nd retest of FPV and break of resistance 10 pips upwards..


The Second.

1.) In the 1 min, clearly regular bearish divergence was approaching after the 1st scalp upwards...10 pips downwards...

Hi Tradewell my good friend! Yeah, I've been lurking a bit, trying to keep up with the postings quietly while bailing myself out of hot water (yet again). I had a private talk with the master - Cobra. He helped me a lot, with just a few tips. This was a pretty good week.

Off to another swim meet (high school regionals). You guys have a nice weekend. Glad you got on for a bit Tradewell. Sorry you've been missing all the trading.

It's OK, it is only occasional here, except this year it snowed many times. We enjoy it. It tastes like very light ice shavings, pure and clean.

Basber......

I would like to offer a comment or two about your losing trade: The Coral line on the 5M chart was red, so your trade was against the trend. Look at the overall trend on this chart when you entered; again, it's DOWN. Your trade was 'counter-trend', risky! If you are new to this method, I suggest you be conservative and follow the rules for the safest trades as explained in the pdf instructions. This setup could have been a 'high-risk' small scalp trade if you had entered when both Trix lines turned green just after the green Divergence arrow and the price emerged from the 'cloud'. High risk, but good for 5-10 pips on a 'fast scalp'. But there are much better ways to use this method for manual trading; and there are very good people here in this thread to help you!

I'm here because I read about this thread at the FXAW Forum. Good things here and some great indicators I am using as well! Keep up the good work everybody; it's nice to see a thread here at FF that hasn't turned into a vehicle for promoting someone's commercial venture........
