Wanted to scalp the bounce off the TL but decided against it as it was just too close to Japan's lunch time. I normally try not to trade half an hour before and after their lunch hours unless a great opportunity presents itself.

Time for my lunch too! See you guys later...

regarding Divergence--
I've looked at the BabyPip examples of regular and hidden divergence, but its still not clear of where to draw the lines, above or below the candles and trix fast indicator.

In Cashmeer post 5777 the lines are drawn on top of the candles and Trix.
In Cashmeer post 5781 the lines are drawn below the candles and Trix.

How did you know to draw the lines above or below the candles ?? Thanks.

Yap. You catch some you lose some. There is always more of them to catch.

But I am always more cautions during these lunch breaks because moves are really erratic sometimes. Volatility is also low.

It will depend on the highs and lows of both.

Post 5777 it's a reverse bearish divergence, with HH in Trix and LH in price.
Post 5781 it's a bullish divergence, HL in Trix and LL in price.

Lower Highs = bearish
If Price makes Lower Highs, it's a reverse bearish divergence
If indicator makes Lower Highs, it's a classical bearish divergence
Higher Lows = bullish
If Price makes higher lows, it's a reverse bullish divergence
If indicator makes higher lows, it's a classical bullish divergence

In all 4 cases, of course, indicator and Price must be heading in contrarian direction from one another.
Levels must be taken on the same candle for both.

I just want to thank you very very much, for such an incredible system and hard work that you and your team have done.
I been reading the whole thread and trying the THV for the last month. And all of the improvements and achievements for the THV system are wonderfull.
I live in Ecuador too, in fact I'm ecuadorian and I live in Quito. You wrote in the thread that you live close to the beach, you said some like a 45 mins travel, so i guess you live in Guayaquil.
I been in demo for more than a year, close to two. And nothing like your system. I tried a lot of systems and the THV is the SYSTEM once and for all.
Now, at this part of my trading life I'm in the really confusing and stressing part of the Broker Research. As you know the new laws here in Ecuador for the tax for sending the money, and the security of the broker and a lot of other ideas, so I only would like to end that broker research and start trading in real.
I saw that you use for chart one MT4 broker solution, do you trade life in MT4 or you just use mt4 for analisis chart tool, and trade with some one other broker platform?
Well that's my confusion now (the broker research).

And finally sorry for my long post, but this is my first one. After been reading for so long.

I feel the same, and if it's not a problem, what do you suggest? Right now I'm thinking ATC, but maybe you don't wish to discuss this here.

It's almost the weekend Cobra, Doblece et al, can we break for a brief time then and discuss this? please.

I have learned a lot from the weekend posts...but I respect the intent of the thread.

I use MT4 only for charts, I trade FXsolutions and ACM but lately I like more and more the Oanda platform with all the previous settings options they offer.

They are in beta test of trailing trades, a useful and always wanted option.

They also offer all kind of accounts (micro, mini, standart) and the option of splitting accounts.

If I would have the need to change my hardcore account broker, Oanda would be in my mind.

BTW: there is a forum about brokers, may be you can get some more useful information.

The situation actually: we're dancing in E/U between MR1 and R1, watch out those levels to break.

The 1H shows a bull flag with a huge pin bar, still not closed, missing 8 min.

This is my first post to this thread. (Excuse me if my English is funny because it is not my mother tongue.)
I've been trying this system for a couple of weeks now. So far this system is really great for me (when I do not forget to respect the rules ) and I'm grateful to Cobra and his team!

I have one question about the FFCal indi.
I managed to activate this indi and it is now displayed on the screen. But the news time is 1 hour behind the right time. (At present, my indi says "40 mins until French non-farm payrolls q/q" but I believe this has already been announced.) I checked the parameters for this indi but couldn't find any that seems relevant.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me!

Added:
I live in Japan and my broker time is GMT+9. Could this be the cause of the problem??

Beside Moving Between R1 & MR1 , There Is A Symmetric Formation On M15 That Could Make The Break More Accurate.

Good morning THV'ers. Been problem-solving for days so very little posting. Good trading to you all. It's wacky Friday and the pa is sluggish. Expect a big break, but when? Should be good for 70-80 PIPs when it blows. Trix has been hanging right around the zero line on M5, like it wants to go. All has been false alarm thus far. Also notice that, still on M5, T3, Hull and Coral are closely aligned, too.

Note: You will only see T3, Hull and Coral together if you're using v2.1 or have added those indicators to your v3.

Gone to trade.

I Just Lost 15 Pips On This Trade , I Think The Rule Were Met And There Was No TL Or HL Or Pivot , I Thought It Should Go Up Till R1 , But After I Go Long , It Went Down (After Going Up A Few Pips) And Hit My SL.

Is There Anything That I Do Wrong Or It's Just Bad Luck ?!!

I was in a trade about the same time. I bought at 2919. After going down 12 PIPs, it rebounded very sluggishly to +5, and I got out. Pretty quickly, it went down.

It is dangerous to be trading, particularly for a big catch. PA has been in a tight range, and even though the THV set-up looks good, it hasn't been yielding much. Just have to wait for the break-out. Watch your charts closey and be patience.

My two cents. Back to watching.
