Yes its on, checked for all time frames. I have this template on 2 different MT4 platforms, all works great except coral on either. Weird. Thanks

Is there any way to move the info on the bottom to the lower left instead. When watching multiple charts its in the way of the trix indicator. Thanks

good for 20+ pips...



15 min chart saw an exact bounce at the 23.6 fibs...and trendline

OK I am back online, at least for now.

Not long after finally getting internet back up again I was able to join Cashmeer for some FPV fun. Still have a partial position in at +40 pips.

Hi Basber:

Actually, when we changed from the hull to the coral it was pretty much decided then that the color of the coral was not relevant...maybe in very high TFs (ask doblece or Cobra about that).

The rule of the coral when trading in conservative mode is that we only short when PA is below the coral and go long when PA is above the coral....

In the charts you will see that in both the 5 min and the 1 min, PA was beneath the coral and the cloud...

Also, trix in the 5 min had establised a lower low and was all red.

In the 15 min, PA was below the cloud and PA was trading below the coral. Also, PA had been rejected at 61.8 and had broken through the 38.2 AND the trix had crossed. I was expecting it to atleast hit the T/L and the 23.6...

Either is was a correct analysis OR it was pure luck!! LOL

In short, the color of coral is not a consideration. The Level of PA in relation to the coral is a consideration for conservative trading.

Anyone else want to chime in?

You might want to delete the indicator from the screen and then add it back to the chart. Maybe that will help.

Otherwise you might have to wait for Doblece to advise...

You Can Use "Chart Shift" - A Small Triangle On The Chart To Move Your Chart To Left A Little Bit , So You Can See Them ...

I closed most of my position at MS1. Left some in because M5 and M15 were still pointing down.

Not snowing now but could at any time. I was kind of lucky to get that trade at the right time. I can ski on my land because I have cross-country skis. That way I can trade too, and the skiing is free. Downhill skiing now is too expensive and I would have to take the day off. Not making enough pips yet for that!

Thanks for the reply, that only works if you are looking at full charts, when watching a few in the same window text covers up the trix. Thanks.

todays PA is very "predictable" in my opinion

Here is a trade I just lost...only a few pips, thankfully...

My thoughts were:

1.) 5 min was coming out of oversold and trix was green. I was looking for a quick long on the 1 min. Right analysis, wrong entry time...

did not wait for a clear/clean break of the resistance level, 1.29000

I set my stoploss right under the trendline and that is where it stopped me out..

Then, I did not reenter the trade moments later when it had cleary broken the resistance...

The 5 min trix coming out of being drastically oversold, both fast and slow, and then both turning green, is an excellent opportunity to look for scalps on the 1 min.

Atleast 12 pips on the break of 1.29000

you win some you lose some...

I myself would not take a long position with PA approaching the FPV from below. There would naturally be alot of selling resistance. It certainly is possible to reap pips but for me it adds another level of risk.

Hope someday we will have as many as possible trading example in one bundle documentation. The chart, reason to entry and exit, p/l, etc.

stand aside , wait for the next one or enter when price pauses before it keeps going ? Just now I see the retrace finally happened . I took two small
losses trying to pick that , now it happened . 1 min trix was green ,not 5 min so I paid for my haste . Sorry for the long winded post but entry timing seems to be key on the 1 min . Am I missing something ? Maybe I need a
filter ? Maybe the filter is between my ears ? He He
BTW is anyone trading THV on higher T/F only and how is that going ? Am I
alone having trouble with the 1min ?

It depends on the trade...I do not usually use a stoploss based on risk ratio...at the sametime I will not let it run against me 20 or 30 pips...but I try and use visual stop losses based on the charting....below/above an established trendline, above/below a particular level of support or resistance...sometimes above or below the coral...

Cobra and the others may have other remarks..

In terms of profit taking, usually, I close 1/2 position at 10-15 pips and then bring s/l to break even, if it continues to move I use a trailing s/l...

That is if I am using the 5 min and the 1 min...

Scalping the 1 min solo, is a different set of rules....

Using the 5 min and the 1 min is safer..
