Well. it would be a good signal, if you make a "Traffic light", with this indicator.
Direction the basic lamp (the bottom one) then the upper could be the strength. Easier to interpret for the mass

I am too getting no alert sounds if strength and direction have increasing status. I think a popup alert when conditions for a trade are on, and when they change from on to off would be the best thing.

Does this indicator expire?

The sound alert will come only in cases of very strong trend or higher.

Yes the indicator expires in 2050.

And as it is there are better systems out there, why do you need rooster ?

Must update to build 220 or reinstall platform to get the updates ...

Try upgrading MT4 to build220

I also had some problems with build218 with other indicators.

upgrade to build 220 using the liveupdate in your mt4 installation directory.

MT4 always crashes when you use indicators designed in a higher build.

I ment the xpMA_v9-T3MA(8) in the upper left hand corner of the chart .... is this a ( common ), indie that is adjustable , they have the same one but with a setting of 39 or 50-something , depending on market conditions ... i stopped following that thread , had to change the settings all the time for a 5-min window .... and hope you had the right setting to make a profit ... i'll follow this thread because the settings are solid .... dont want to have to say" Holyshit" to my self when the trade goes bad because of the wrong settings ,like on the other thread .....

Rooster only gives me strength of trend.

I follow my own trading system, not rooster in deciding trades.

So, essentially, you must follow your own trading systerm whatever that is, and use rooster only to analyze trend strength.

Depending on rooster as a single indicator will be a big mistake.

Because this rooster changes direction when it sees an attractive hen (news item).http://www.sciencedaily.com/images/2...0527200437.jpg
